After you get use to the taste, it so simple to take because its liquid and you feel the effects on your joints in a matter of days. This has really helped me. Hurt knee, arthritis pain & this made a huge difference. I think the addition of Vitamin D3 & Hyaluronic acid have added benefits. Liquid to me is better than pills & large size. This is now part of my regimen for healthy bones & joints.

Nature's Way Joint movement Glucosamine Extra-Strengh is my favorite Glucosamine. It works faster than tablets and helps keep several aches and creaks under control. I can tell the difference if I have to use a different product, or run out for more than three or four days at most!
