I've been using Natures way joint juice every since i noticed arthritis setting into my joints and it is really fast acting since it is liquid! I love this stuff and wish that Sams would carry it on their shelves!! When we first went with Sam's, they had it on their shelves and then stopped for some odd reason!! They do have it to order though!! If I go a day or 2 without it, I start to have major pain in my joints! They also use all natural sweeteners and a wonderful berry flavor which makes taking it sooo much easier!! Tablets jusy don't help me at all! Hope this helps you to decide to at least try it out!

I first was told about this at from a local health food store the bottle was only a 16 day supply. But I could feel the difference. I have arthritis in both my knees and hand as well as my lower back. I still like to work out so once I start taking this product I notice I could work out again.
