I don’t notice any difference, which does mean it works since I’m used to a joint pill - however, it tastes horrendous- like horrible cough syrup with a chalk after taste. There is no way I would buy this again because Inwouls avoid drinking it. It’s also super expensive when a container has 16 servings.

I offered it to my wife, and another friend, in hopes one of them would like the flavor, and be able to try it. Unfortunately neither of them liked the flavor. I chase it with water because it sits heavy in my stomach. I don't know how effective it is since the bottle only has 16 servings (seems expensive considering it costs over a buck per serving.) It's very salty. It says it can be taken straight, or mixed into water/juice, which doesn't help either. However, I do appreciate the built in measuring cup on the lid, which is convenient.

All I can say is that it’s sugar-free, gluten-free, shellfish free and has a berry flavor. I can say it’s like my favorite flavor but taste bad I’m trying and I’m using this product just to keep my joint movements in place ,I don’t suffer of joint problems so this is just to prevent what can affect me in the future. I am a bike lover, so I’m biking every single day, especially in the nighttime, and all I can say like my legs they’re not getting sore so fast and the joints are more flexible. I will still continue to use this and so far so good..😊

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product for two weeks now, as of right now I’m not noticing a significant difference, but I do feel a bit less inflammation on my knees. It tastes very bad it’s fruity but salty it’s hard to explain the taste I mixed it with water but that didn’t help, juice made it taste a bit better. I will see how much it helps in a few more weeks maybe a couple months.

I work in the hospital and move a lot during 12-hour shift. My knees and legs have become painful and tired. I tried some kinds of glucosamine brands before, but I love this one because its berry tasted liquid and powerful effectiveness. My legs have felt better with less pain and more comfort. I will buy a new one to support my bones and cartilages.
