[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve taken this for the past few weeks and haven’t noticed any real difference. I’ve tried to change the time of consumption to see if I could achieve a better result l, however I still find little improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s hard to determine how effective any supplement is as it takes time usually about 3 to 6 months to see effective results. The bottle has a bottle 16 doses. The cap is calibrated with measurements to measure out the liquid and is easy to open and close. Red fluid is stated to be berry flavored. you can use it straight or add to water. I tried it both ways. The liquid straight is a bit syrupy and tastes like medicine syrup. In water, it doesn’t taste much better but the consistency is easier to tolerate if you don’t like the syrupy thickness.

It could be doing something great on the inside that I don't know about, but the taste is hard to swallow so it's not something I would continue taking. If you're a fan of Robitussin, you'll love this. Otherwise, I would avoid.

It’s a nice large bottle and after reading the reviews it stays clear of exactly how it helps. My joints have been feeling stronger and healthier. I feel like I have increased energy levels and I’ve been feeling much more at ease as I workout now. It’s definitely an amazing product super thankful to have received it!

The taste isn’t bad since it tastes like berries. I did have a hard time drinking it though because of the consistency. It is like the heavy syrup in fruit cocktail.

This Joint Movement Glucosamine helps me with joint and muscle pain that I have from work when I'm taking this regularly. Love it and I will buy it again when my runs out! Cause is ultra strength I don’t have to take anti inflammatory pills like Motrin. The only negative is the flavor too strong and sweet . I prefer taking it in pills .

The flavor wasn’t the greatest but I took alone instead of diluting it like the bottle says you can. It helped tremendously with my joint pain though! I finished it a week ago and my hip pain is back which is why I now plan to buy more! Just wish a bottle was more than a 2 week dose

OH MY GOODNESS... I have been taking Osteo BiFlex for a long time and my body aches were getting worse, I thought oh my is my arthritis that bad? So my hip has been giving me grief for a long time well over 2 years, I am overweight and I lost 100 pounds but still overweight and the pain did not ease up at all even though everyone said lose weight the arthritis will ease up. So I did, not one thing changed with the pain. I decided to change to all liquid form vitamins and that included glucosamine. I have been on this for about 3 weeks and my hip pain is just about gone!!! GONE I say. My back pain has eased up too. The taste to me is undesirable but heck for no pain I will drink whatever and deal with the 10 seconds of heavy syrup. I did mix it with 1/4 cup of water and it tasted better but I just take a swig out the fridge every morning and MOVE on :) I was not able to lay at all on my hip for longer than 5 min prior to using this, now I can do over an hour and I can walk and ride my bike without wobbling afterwards.
