Flowers looked nice but seemed like they were missing the dark ones pictured and they didn’t add my message to the card!

Sent to mother for her birthday. She loves lavender. Arrived a few days late. Delivery dropped them off at doorstep in the pouring rain. Embarrassed us. Thanks for the embarrassment Sam’s Club and your merchant. Shame belongs to you.

I vas very disappointed with what I got I had seen so many good reviews on them but when I open the box most of the roses were dead and I got very few of them nothing like what was in the pictures :(

I ordered the Lovely Lavender Bouquet and my mom received Red Roses and Mums? The flowers seemed fresh and fragrant. like the look of red roses and mums together, not what I ordered at all. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I ordered this arrangement for a family member recovering from surgery. It brightened her day! She commented on the quality and the way some of the flowers were wrapped so they did not get damaged in transport. This is the second time I used Sam's Club for flowers and I am 100% satisfied!

I have sent this arrangement now twice both times the recipient loved them and the arrangement arrived on time I have wired flowers through out the years and always had issues either not what I ordered or arrived dead so I will only order from sams club now

Nice bouquet but better looking in the picture. Arrived wrapped in colored paper which is usually used as an illusion to make a bouquet appear fuller than it is in the store. Since this was not purchased in a store, I found it odd that I was used. It was delayed in transit by a day so only a few flowers were starting to fall off upon opening of the box. But it was nowhere near as full or lush as in the picture. Because of that, I'd say it was worth about half the price I had paid. Not sure how long the flowers are going to last since they're already falling off soon as they've been removed from the box.

I've been very happy with Sam's flowers before but these flowers were not in great shape. Multiple broken flowers, and they didn't perk up after being placed in water. They did not last at all. My mother appreciated the thought, but they were a waste of money.

I've never sent flowers from Sam's before. I definitely will be using Sam's as my new florist! I live in Michigan, my friend lives in Ohio. I ordered on Tuesday afternoon, to be delivered 2 days later on Thursday. I assumed the arrangement would be sent from her local Sam's Club, but no! The tracking says it was sent from Florida on Wednesday night! My friend received the flowers outside her door on Thursday morning! Just beautiful! She says the flowers are very fresh, no dead leaves or flowers, nothing wilted. On top of that, the arrangement actually looks like what I chose! I've ordered from online florists before where my recipient's arrangement looked nothing like what I had chosen. I'm very impressed and my friend is thrilled! It definitely cheered her up! Thank you Sam's Club! I probably saved $25 or more compared to what I've spent on a similar arrangement from a florist. With the significant savings on the flowers, I was able to also send my friend a few bags of her favorite snack mix, also from Sam's of course! You can't beat that! :)
