I ordered these flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I've had good experiences before with Sam's Club flowers. The flowers she received were nothing like the picture. There were white lilies and other orange flowers- no purple at all. And the gift message was cut off so she didn't know who they were from! Super disappointed in Sam's Club.

I just sent these to my sister, and she loved them. I had read the reviews and was worried she might receive different flowers (as a few people mentioned). She received a bouquet much like the one pictured. She said it was packaged very well and appreciated how easy it was to cut the bottoms and place them in the provided vase as they were already arranged to look great.

Very very disappointed. Have ordered florals for nationwide delivery from Sam's in the past and was pleased. However, this time was a disaster! Chose this particular arrangement for my recently deceased sister-in-laws "Celebration of Life" event because purple was her favorite color. Received picture of arrangement and could not believe the poor product quality and haphazard appearance of the arrangement. I was so disappointed (especially so because of this very sentimental occasion). Hope Sams' will advise or discontinue using this particular vendor/network for the sake of their reputation. Also had trouble verifying delivery and getting assistance after multiple calls to Sam's. This order was a total waste of my time and money! Totally disgusted with the flower vendor's lack of concern and quality. More than half of the arrangement was composed of greenery with six half dead coral roses, two tight headed maroon colored flowers and several small purple calla lilly's that appeared to be just stuck in. Had trouble verifying delivery.
