This Astepro Nasal Spray has the same ingredient as my prescription nasal spray - Azelastine, which I’ve used for years. This OTC version works just as well as the prescription. I use this nasal spray when my nasal allergies are at their worst - this nasal spray opens up my nasal passages quickly. There is a funny taste, but it’s definitely worth it to be able to breathe through my nose. I’m glad it’s available over the counter now.

I simply took off the blue cap, primed the bottle by making sure something came out. I blew my nose and tilted my head and sprayed in each nostril. By the time I got out the shower. I felt relief. Normally the nasal sprays I use take hours it at all to work. Great product!!!

The bottle will last you quite a little while so it is a good value. Definitely recommend giving it a try. You will feel great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bitter taste is the downside to this product I learned that if you tilt your head forward you will not get the taste in your mouth so bad It does work for general allergies but not on a full blown sinus infection. I use it with my Zyrtec once a day

The only problem I have with it is that so much product sprays out and goes straight down my throat and the over bearing taste is awful. That takes at least 15 minutes to go away. Too bad because I find that it works well. Give a try it works

Enter Astepro. My symptoms are nearly gone. I would buy this again. One star deducted for the strange, though not unpleasant, smell/taste.

It is easy to use and helps relieve some of the stuffiness that I am experiencing.
