By following the instructions it will state how to use it throughout the day by using it either once or twice a day. It is used for nasal congestion, a runny nose, help with sneezing and an itchy nose. It works quickly and helps alleviate what your problem is. I would highly recommend this.

That being said, I’ve been doing a LOT of yard work and stirring up gosh only knows what. Each time I get super stuffy, this cleans it rightttt on out.

He has used many different kinds of nasal spray, and he decided to try this Astepro be a I heard many people raves about it so I decided to do my own research. To our surprise he loved it! Although he was skeptical at first, because he has tried many different ones and they all are let down. They would work for a while then it stopped working again. This one nasal spray last over a day, some days he doesn’t use it the next day. This will be his go-to from now on. Other medications makes him drowsy, but this one does not.
