[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to start by saying please always consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking a new medication regardless if it is over the counter or prescription! This medication sadly was not a good fit for me. Did it help my allergies, yes, did it give me debilitating side effects, also yes. I had been wanting to try this for awhile so I was disappointed that I could not get past some of the more severe side effects. For me, the bad taste and drowsiness I could deal with, but I also was getting severe headaches, confusion, and just an extreme sense of fatigue and exhaustion. Other people in my family have been able to use this, but I personally cannot. But it does work, I would just make sure you check with a health profession and monitor yourself while on it and decide if it’s for you!

It is alcohol free and fragrance free. Most importantly, it is steroid free. This is quick acting. I will be buying more.

This Astepro Nasal Spray has the same ingredient as my prescription nasal spray - Azelastine, which I’ve used for years. This OTC version works just as well as the prescription. I use this nasal spray when my nasal allergies are at their worst - this nasal spray opens up my nasal passages quickly. There is a funny taste, but it’s definitely worth it to be able to breathe through my nose. I’m glad it’s available over the counter now.
