I love that I don’t have to wait forever to feel some relief, and it’s been a very refreshing to say the least! . I only need to spray one for each nostril. However, it leaves bitter taste in my throat for also a day. I sprayed at night before bed and notice it caused drowsiness. Great product but I don’t like the bitter taste in my throat.
