It seems to be working well, I have seasonal allergies and this time of year golden rod and rag weed are 2 of my worst allergens and are at full force this year. They teach you to spray it in a way to minimize the bad taste. You lean forward and spray. I recommend that. This definitely has a strong taste if it went down the wrong pipe.
