[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t happy with this product. It didn’t really work for my issues. I have clogged sinuses but my nose is clear. I tried this spray but my first issue is the horrible taste. I sprayed it with my head forward so it wouldn’t go down my throat but then it just dripped right out of my nose as if it didn’t spray high enough to stay in. The taste is really bad if it does get down your throat. And I didn’t find my sinus issues improved at all after using it for two weeks.

It doesn’t leave a horrible after fast down your throat. And does not burn my nasal and clears my nasal congestion away almost immediately. I will definitely get more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gave me pretty quick relief from nasal congestion. I have also tried it when I had the sneezes. It’s very effective, non drowsy and easy to use. It does have a slightly bitter aftertaste but at least I can breathe.

I simply took off the blue cap, primed the bottle by making sure something came out. I blew my nose and tilted my head and sprayed in each nostril. By the time I got out the shower. I felt relief. Normally the nasal sprays I use take hours it at all to work. Great product!!!

This month has been particularly brutal so it's had its work cut out for it. You have to follow the directions carefully otherwise you'll get a mouthful of yuck and not a real benefit. After a month and a half on this now, I can say that this works really well. And I see why my doc wanted me to try this. I can breathe! Will I go back to my other brand? I don't think so!
