[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used multiple saline solutions before and you never know if they will work immediately or not. This does what it says it does and cleared my congestion in 20-30 min.

It burns my nasal passages, and it drains down into my mouth and leaves a super nasty bitter taste in my mouth, that won't go away all day! It does get rid of my Itchy allergy nose, but I can't do the burning, and horrible bitter taste.
