The Astepro OTC has a sickening sweet aftertaste that lasts a long time. The Taste of the RX spray never bothered me. It does work for my non allergic rhinitis but the bad taste lasts for hours!

Immediately after spraying in my nose the most vile tasting substance went down the back of my throat took me all day to get the taste out of my mouth haven't used it again. Just the thought of it makes me nauseous

It works well as far as allergies symptoms go but leaves a not so great taste behind. If you can get passed that you should have no issues with this product and good results!
