One squirt up each nostril and I sneezed 1, 2 3 times and my nose started burning and the taste was so blossoed into my mouth. YUCK. It did what it was supposed to do for about 5 hours. I would use it again if absolutely needed.

The bottle is easy to use after you prime the pump, the first time before using it. It didn't seem to be drippy or run down the back of my throat as long as I followed the instructions which tell you not to tilt your head back right after spraying. So it doesn't drip down your throat. Its alcohol free. So no burning, you only have to use it once a day. And it lasts up to twenty four hours. It did a good job of managing my main allergy symptoms of sneezing, runny, nose and nasal congestion. I really like that it's steroid free and works in thirty minutes. I also like the bottle design and it has a blue clip around the base of the pump which I put back on after using, because it keeps the pump from being accidentally pushed down and leaking or spray.For example, in a purse or pocket.

A small amount did drip to the back of my throat, which tasted a little bitter, but the instructions mentioned that could happen, so it wasn’t a big deal. One thing worth noting is that the box says less than 4% of people experienced drowsiness, and unfortunately, I was in that small group. It made me very drowsy. That said, within two hours my runny nose completely stopped—which is a huge relief considering how bad pollen is in my area. Overall, I’d still recommend this product and would purchase it again. Just keep in mind there’s a chance of drowsiness, even if it’s rare.
