I was pretty congestion free during the day. It was a decently strong spray, but there is a weird taste if it goes into the back of your mouth. I use every morning and every night and have seen a huge improvement in lessening my nasal allergy symptoms. I made the mistake one time using the spray and immediately got into bed and the post nasal drip combined with the Astepro really irritated my throat. Now I try to use it at least 30 minutes before bed and have no issues. If you have nasal allergy issues, I definitely recommend.

It lasts for 12 hours, but instead of using 1 shot, you need to use 2, which causes you to run out twice as fast as the others. However, it has a very strong aftertaste.
