Yes, it still worked, but it had its quirks. We’ve needed a new one for a while, so we were ecstatic to get this Samsung range. It fits our space perfectly. I love that the knobs are “pinch and turn” so it’s not as easy for our 3yo to turn anything on. But if she did! Our handy dandy Smart Things app would let us know! The app was easy to install, and even to pair up between multiple phones. We haven’t done any self-cleaning yet (other than letting the oven sit on for 30mins or so, per the deliverer’s instructions, to get the “new” smell out). So far, it’s great!

The precision knobs are great however I wish they didn’t move so easy. I was leaning over the stove and I hit one of the knobs and didn’t realize the heat was turned up. The glass top is easy to clean. I use a glass cleaner on it and it polished up really nicely. The oven preheats pretty quickly. The oven space seems larger than the other brands. There is a slight hum when the oven turns on but once it starts heating up the humming goes away. I look forward to more cooking and baking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just received the Samsung Bespoke Smart Slide-In Gas Range 6.0 cu. ft. in Matte black Steel with Precision Knobs and I couldn't be happier! We had a different stove that had a double oven feature and nothing ever cooked the way it was supposed to so being able to actually cook cookies in this oven without burning them was great. The oven has plenty of room, there are 5 burners on top and I love that they are different sizes. The smallest one is perfect for my moka pot and it makes the most amazing pot of coffee and the big burner is perfect for our larger meals as a family of 4. My husband makes homemade cinnamon rolls with the dough from scratch and he's excited to use the bread proof feature. I love the design and the simplicity of the buttons on the front. So far 10/10

We have a Senior home in that house, and I love the knobs as the Seniors can't just go and turn stove on, that is great for safety reasons. We bought the Samsung Bespoke Gas Range in Matte black Steel with Air Sous Vide and Air Fry (NSG6DG8500MTAA) This oven/range was purchased to replace an old range we had at that home. I love the smart things app; I am still trying to get familiar with that but so far so good. As I stated before, the precision knobs are simple and work very well with the burner. I like that there is no lag time and the knobs look like they should not peel or break easy. The oven door and face are great because no fingerprints so far. I still have not used the air fryer, but I will be doing that this week!

Gladi read the instructions because I had to let it run for an hour to burn off the residue. Once I could use the oven I was impressed with how well it cooked. I like the light on it because I can see how it's cooking. I like the Knobs that you have to press in to turn. The middle burner in the back is a warmer which is great because sometimes my daughter eats later than me. It fits perfectly in the space I had cut out for it. The dimensions that were given were perfect. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. The anti scratch surface is definitely a major plus. The is so easy to clean. Can't wait to bake some bread.

I bought all my Samsung appliances in 2020 for my newly renovated Kitchen. I waited a lifetime for the large renovation and I am incredibly disappointed in the Samsung products. I noticed that most reviews are from new owners. Well I was thrilled with these appliances when they were installed. I immediately bought a precision range cover to protect the top and followed all recommended cleaning. The appliances did not hold up. The stainless steel is peeling from my microwave, fridge and range. In order to get scratch remover proves to be very expensive. My daughter owns a GE that is 2 times older and looks newer than mine. The appliances still work well but when you wait a ifetime for a Reno and the appliances look terrible after 4 years it is just not worth the cost of the items. I wish everyone else better luck.

It has an app you can utilize to control the over and stove as well. The burners work well and heat very quickly. The big burners have The ability to heat just The middle or the entire burner which is nicer. The burners have plenty of space for pans. The oven is very spacious. All the buttons are easy to read and use. This stove does lack an area to hang towels and there's no real space to store spices on the back. Overall it's a great oven/stove so far. I haven't used the app but it is app compatible. The stove is a bit of a fingerprint/slime magnet. It's relatively easy to clean. The knobs are easy to control and pick the exact temperature. The picture for which burner you're turning on is a little dark and hard to read. The back of the stove doesn't have space to accommodate for the electrical box.
