[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were replacing a convection range and I was afraid I would miss the convection and functions. Boy was I mistaken. This oven is great, heats quickly and its enormous! The control panel is intuitive and easy to use. Range boils water quickly and really the only complaint I have is that the knobs once turned on will move a little if they touch clothing etc. I have connected to smart things and its a handy function to check if the oven has been left on but will also tell me when its pre-heated. Highly recommended and I would buy again.

We bought this range about two months ago. The front right burner will only run on high temperature. No matter that the knob is set to. No matter where you set the knob it always runs on high. Low - burner turns to high and never stops. The other burners seem to work fine. This is a dangerous situation as we have burned a couple of things on the burner thinking that by selecting a low burner temp that it will actually heat to a low setting. Not high all the time.

I bought this range in December 2024. I immediately had issues regulating the heat of the burners causing burnt food and ruined cookware. This is a serious safety concern considering I have two small children. I have reached out to Samsung numerous times about the concern and they’ve sent a someone to replace the faulty regulators with more faulty regulators 5 times now. Samsung’s customer service has been incredibly frustrating throughout the process as each of the visits required multiple phone calls, and request for managers that did not call back. Samsung has not taken this issue seriously, which is deeply concerning given the safety issues with the regulators. More concerning, is the fact that in each of the five visits with the technical support, there is no temperature gun used in the diagnosis of the issue. The inspection is completely visual and no temperatures or extended testing is performed. Not only is Samsung not standing by their product, but Lowe’s has also not shown any support in this process. I absolutely do not recommend this product nor would I suggest purchasing any Samsung ranges that contain the same regulators as this model. In conversation with the technical support reps , it sounds like the regulators in this model range are present in all the Samsung ranges. The level of support from Samsung has removed all confidence that I once had in this brand.

It features an easy to clean glass cooktop that seems to be more scratch proof than my previous range. It also has child proof control knobs so I don’t need to worry about my younger nephews turning on the burners. I wanted to go with a slide in range and this one butted up right to my backsplash. The only feature I don’t love is the handle because I can no longer put a kitchen towel through the handle. I did find a work around by fixing a small stick on towel holder to the glass.

It has an app you can utilize to control the over and stove as well. The burners work well and heat very quickly. The big burners have The ability to heat just The middle or the entire burner which is nicer. The burners have plenty of space for pans. The oven is very spacious. All the buttons are easy to read and use. This stove does lack an area to hang towels and there's no real space to store spices on the back. Overall it's a great oven/stove so far. I haven't used the app but it is app compatible. The stove is a bit of a fingerprint/slime magnet. It's relatively easy to clean. The knobs are easy to control and pick the exact temperature. The picture for which burner you're turning on is a little dark and hard to read. The back of the stove doesn't have space to accommodate for the electrical box.

The previous model would turn on with the slightest touch. With this new model, it's kid-proof. You can feel the difference when you pinch the knobs. It also has the feature to turn on the middle of the burner or the full burner in the cooktop. The oven itself is spacious enough for a full-size turkey. I can't wait to use it during Thanksgiving. Another great feature is the wireless connection with the smarthings app. It gives the user additional features right from your phone. You can send pre-heat instructions from your phone. Turn the oven light on and even set the cook timer. Another safety feature in the app, it allows you to receive a notification when a cooktop burner is on. This is one of my favorite features. Overall, this oven has great features and is spacious enough to get the job done. It's an awesome oven!
