Was so excited with the regular price because at furniture stores they were way more expensive. Would prefer the $499 that it is now. After a couple months the phone charger port cover (plastic) broke apart, then the pillows started coming apart by the zippers. The arms are very cheap/thin also...one side broke down when it was sat on...so don't sit on them. Besides all that, it is soft and comfortable and I have fell asleep on it a few times along with the grandchildren.

The lounger is extremely comfortable but, not durable at all. We bought this in July last year and by December it was ruined. It's definitely not machine washable as it states. All of the zippers broke on the pillows and the main lounge area. I wouldn't waste the money.

We got this and I loved it. But the zipper was broken and the bottom was poorly sewn. I called sams. They gave us 100 refund. Within a week. The charger round thing had fallen off and the side arm has caved in. The fuzzy material is worn down now. Didn't hold up at all.. Wouldn't recommend. Esp if u have kids

I bought 2 of these oversized cozy chaise, they are soft but they are not all that comfortable. Not only that but if you lean on the arm rest to adjust yourself the arm rest caves in!!! It was difficult to get these home as the box is huge and heavy. I am so close to returning these, just don’t want to deal with having to move them around! I am extremely disappointed!!

I loved the look of this and size, so I ordered this and had it shipped. It shipped on 7/18 from NJ & and then there was no activity once it was scanned in on 7/20... this was scheduled to be delivered on 7/25, and I had to take work off. I got a call at 1:36pm on 7/25 from the EFW track shipping company stating they don't know where my package is and would need 24-hour to investigate and would get back to me. I called sams club customer service to let them know what was going on and to open an investigation on their end because how do you lose a 242 lb huge chaise lounge! Sams club was looked into this and couldn't understand why my package was in SC. I told them I was now outta town for 2 weeks and wouldn't be able to get any packages until Aug 12. Sams Club said to let the shipping company know and they could deliver after that. On 7/29 EFW called and said they couldn't hold it that long and Sams Club would need to refund my money. This was a huge Screw up on their part. This lounge is extremely hard to get because they have a limited supply. I'm taking my business else where to get a lounge. Extremely dissatisfied and Sams needs to find a better, more reliable shipping company.

Horrible shipping. Multiple days past Projected arrival date, I had to reach out to Be told we never scheduled a drop off date. Asked when the company was going to reach out to schedule and was told it wasn’t their job. No review in the chair yet…haven’t seen it.

I'm between 3 and 4 stars. 5 stars for plush fabric. 3 to 4 stars because this chair isn't that long and its firm. Delivery was fantastic....WORD TO THE WISE....TAKE THIS CHAIR OUT OF THE BOX!!! there is a 50 to 80 lb piece of plywood in this box. Which adds to the heaviness. Take it out of the box to get it in ur house. This made it 100 times easier. Take the cusions and pillows off. Again, this is a nice chair. It's worth what I paid, as levin is a single chaise, more comfortable but like 800.00 more. So, it's worth it. I'm 6 ft tall and my feet hang off. So I can't sit leaning on the throw pillows. TAKE THE CHAIR OUT OF THE BOX TO GET INTO YOUR HOUSE!!! make your life easier. It fits me and 2 8o lb dogs without the throw pillows. It's nice. It's not as soft cushion wise, but fabric is amazing. This chair--out of the box --will fit into a small doorway and a small room.

This isn't terrible, but I had eyed it for a while online then one popped up in store! Crawled into it like a kid, but was pretty disappointed. It looks plush and cosy but definitely needs more padding. The faux fur effect is more pronounced in person and fear with the overall quality, would mat down over time. I was glad I got to see it first as it is a big no for me.

I bought this back in December of 2024. Within the first week of owning it, the USB cover broke. We don't use it so it wasn't that big of a deal. After about a month of use, the chair cushion started breaking down. It is now 1/3 the size of when we originally bought it. The back cushion is pretty flat as well. This couch is not made for every day use. We have not had any issues with the arms like some of the other reviews but the cushions are terrible. I would not recommend this chair to anyone.

I really really wanted to love this couch. After seeing multiple people say how much they loved it (in my reading book clubs) and seeing it in person I had to have one. What has been disappointing is the unreliable shipping company they use to ship it. I decided to ship since they were out of stock at my local Sam's (shipping was free with premium membership). My order was scheduled to be delivered on 7/25. Since you have to be present to sign for the order I took off work to make sure I was home when it showed up. After tracking everyday I noticed it had not updated since 7/19. Well delivery day comes, couch never shows up and I have had no contact with shipping or any update in tracking of where it was. It's 7/27 and I still have no updates and no couch. You are taking a risk having it shipped, while having to take multiple days off without out any updates of where your order is. I contacted Sam's and asked for a refund. I after reading the reviews I also don't love the fact that the arms keep caving in after light pressure. At this point I hope it never shows up so it can be returned and I get my money back for something with better quality.
