THE BEST!!!!! I’ve seen this chair at all the furniture stores for so much more. Was on the fence til we saw it in Sam’s website! Went to order and it was sold out. Finally got our hands on them when they were back. We loved it so much, we ordered two! It’s a chaise/couch/bed/dog bed!!!! Literally it’s so soft, comes with three pillows and is just perfection! You have to get your hands on it!

Was able to save $500 by purchasing through Sam's Club versus my local furniture store. It's comfortable and construction seems solid. The only complaint I heard was the seat is not over-stuffed like it could be, but still comfortable enough to spend hours binge-watching. Color is perfect (medium gray) and the outer covering is plush. Pillows are overstuffed making them quite comfortable. Arrived VERY WELL packaged and in perfect shape. Be warned, the item is very heavy while in the box...which is huge...needed a 2nd person with lifting capability to move it around from the delivery truck.

It’s an amazing chair, but I can’t get it upstairs. I received this as a gift for Father’s Day so it could go upstairs in my man cave. However, I can’t get it past the landing. I know this is a me problem and it has nothing to do with the comfort of the chair. I just needed a place to complain since my wife is tired of me complaining to her about it.

This chair is extremely comfortable and cushy. Bought it for a family reading nook and it’s perfect for that! My only complaint is that I wish the material was more durable. Had it a month and can already see how stretched out the fabric is. Just keep flipping the cushions!

Great price Great quality. Easy setup. We didnt get an allen wrench in our package some leg pieces had scuffs on them and the chair does sit a little lower than I wanted but it's worth the price! Plenty of room for 2 people. Charger port is nice seems to be tje fast charging.

I was so excited when a store near me actually had this in stock! Unfortunately, even though the chair is super comfy, it's been very disappointing. The usb outlet broke within 2 days of setting it up. Then, the zipper ripped after 2 weeks.

Amazing at first. Wears really fast and the arms are literally made of a cardboard material. If you sit up your elbow will go through them… cozy though. Just cheap.

I had been looking for something like this for awhile and when I saw it advertised I was excited because the price was a lot lower than other places I've seen them. But the quality is a lot lower as well. My fiancee, who is not even a bigger guy, leaned onto the arm to adjust himself up better and we heard a board snap. Then the main cushion you sit/lounge on ripped and we had bits of foam spilling. I really wanted to love this chair but I'm terribly disappointed.

Purchased online and the item description never mentioned it’s 250 lbs. Weighs more than my entire sofa. Delivery company dropped it in the middle of my driveway so I got the neighbors to help me push it to the garage. It was purchased for my upstairs bonus room so needless to say, I returned the chaise to Sam’s unopened.

Looks can be deceiving. I absolutely fell inlove with chair. So unbelievably soft and comfortable. I went home and immediately got rid of my other furniture to make room for thos to purchase. After receiving inrealized very quickly this is made of like cheap card board, can not put any weight at all on the arms the flimsy card board arms little pop and bow in and out, the large cushion is ripped clear down the seem in the first week. It looks like a group of kids built this out of cheap materials laying around the house. I was expecting much for being under $1,000 but was expecting a lot and to last longer than a week and only being sat in twice. Beautiful chair but looks are deceiving. Do not waste your money
