THE BEST!!!!! I’ve seen this chair at all the furniture stores for so much more. Was on the fence til we saw it in Sam’s website! Went to order and it was sold out. Finally got our hands on them when they were back. We loved it so much, we ordered two! It’s a chaise/couch/bed/dog bed!!!! Literally it’s so soft, comes with three pillows and is just perfection! You have to get your hands on it!

Was able to save $500 by purchasing through Sam's Club versus my local furniture store. It's comfortable and construction seems solid. The only complaint I heard was the seat is not over-stuffed like it could be, but still comfortable enough to spend hours binge-watching. Color is perfect (medium gray) and the outer covering is plush. Pillows are overstuffed making them quite comfortable. Arrived VERY WELL packaged and in perfect shape. Be warned, the item is very heavy while in the box...which is huge...needed a 2nd person with lifting capability to move it around from the delivery truck.

This chair is extremely comfortable and cushy. Bought it for a family reading nook and it’s perfect for that! My only complaint is that I wish the material was more durable. Had it a month and can already see how stretched out the fabric is. Just keep flipping the cushions!

It’s an amazing chair, but I can’t get it upstairs. I received this as a gift for Father’s Day so it could go upstairs in my man cave. However, I can’t get it past the landing. I know this is a me problem and it has nothing to do with the comfort of the chair. I just needed a place to complain since my wife is tired of me complaining to her about it.

Great price Great quality. Easy setup. We didnt get an allen wrench in our package some leg pieces had scuffs on them and the chair does sit a little lower than I wanted but it's worth the price! Plenty of room for 2 people. Charger port is nice seems to be tje fast charging.

I'm on the fence. This was really comfortable at first, but now I'm seeing small tears in the fabric and it's nit as comfortable after 11 months. I can't find any information on the manufacturer's warranty. I have my receipt, but not the tag. Does anyone know who to reach out to about the warranty, or how long it's for?

This chair is a huge disappointment... I noticed the amount of "fur" like fibers coming off as we put the chair inside once it arrived. Figured I'd vacuum it a few times and it's would be fine. Nooooope !! I've vacuumed it at least 2 dozen times. Don't buy this unless you like hair like fibers floating around you and in your drinks ! Just terrible.

I’d like to say I love this chair, it’s beautiful but it sheds like a giant dog lives inside my house. It’s so bad I can’t even sit on it without getting covered in fuzz, it leaves dust bunnies floating all over my house and is clogging my return air vent. I don’t see anyone else with this same issue so maybe mine is the exception. It’s so comfortable and looks great in our reading room, but it’s currently one of those stupid pieces of furniture that you can look at but don’t touch. I’ve tried vacuuming it, spraying scotch guard, lint rolling was exhausting and still shedded after! I’m just so sad, I really want to love this chair.

Looks can be deceiving. I absolutely fell inlove with chair. So unbelievably soft and comfortable. I went home and immediately got rid of my other furniture to make room for thos to purchase. After receiving inrealized very quickly this is made of like cheap card board, can not put any weight at all on the arms the flimsy card board arms little pop and bow in and out, the large cushion is ripped clear down the seem in the first week. It looks like a group of kids built this out of cheap materials laying around the house. I was expecting much for being under $1,000 but was expecting a lot and to last longer than a week and only being sat in twice. Beautiful chair but looks are deceiving. Do not waste your money

Purchased online and the item description never mentioned it’s 250 lbs. Weighs more than my entire sofa. Delivery company dropped it in the middle of my driveway so I got the neighbors to help me push it to the garage. It was purchased for my upstairs bonus room so needless to say, I returned the chaise to Sam’s unopened.
