[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned this LG refrigerator for two weeks and love it. It is very modern looking and has tons of space. The mirror door opens for bin access only or you can open the full door for inside. This frig makes craft ice, large round cocktail ice balls, or regular cubes. The temp controls and filter are easy to access. The freezer has three pull out drawers! This frig lights up when you walk by! Double tap the mirror and it lights up to show what’s inside. Beautiful stainless steel, easy to wipe clean. Door grips are recessed at the top and bottom. We love this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like the refrigerator. It’s quiet and maintains its temperature evenly. It also has a lot more space than my previous LG counter depth one. Why 3 stars: 1) Fingerprints - this fridge is a fingerprint magnet 2) Doors came severely out of alignment. I had to call LG to get additional shims as the 2 included were not enough. 3) Not specific to this new fridge, but my last LG knock knock fridge only lasted 4 years and 2 months before dyeing. I question the reliability of the LG brand - time will tell.

I purchased this product about 8 months ago. It is a very nice fridge although my mini ice cube maker feeler arm has malfunctioned already and needs repair. The craft ice is awesome but it’s not a complete sphere as there is a flat bottom. It stops making craft once the bucket gets to about 15 spheres in the tray. Still awesome fridge. The LG mobile app is cool to use in controlling the fridge and updating on product needs, such as filters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, my old refrigerator quit making ice about 2 years ago when it was only 4 years old. Because of that, we upgraded to, not one, not two and not even three types of ice, but FOUR types of ice! Yes! You read that right! FOUR different types of ice! (I love the big balls best!) Besides a the ice, I live being able to see inside without opening the door. I love all the drawers and adjustable shelves AND the door that opens just when I need something from the door! My only wish would be to have extetnal access to the drawer that stretches all the way across at the bottom of the refrigerator.

Have only had this appliance for 8 months and already having problems with the ice makers. The mini cubed ice maker stopped making ice. After a few weeks without mini cubed ice, the icemaker started making ice again. Not sure how long that will last. The Craft Ice is not fully formed and not clear with the Craft Ice set to 3 ICE. They are very noisy and squeak when trying to make ice. A little disappointed in this appliance so far.

Purchased about a month ago. The refrigerator meets all expectations and more,! Gives my kitchen a fresh new look and feel. Has great capacity and feel. Love the four types of ice. Couldn't be more satisfied with the purchase

We are very happy with our LG French door triple ice refrigerator. We had an error that was not the appliance but alerted us that something was wrong. ThinQ is a great part of our refrigerator

This was bought to replace one that was not getting cold. Have not had a shortage of ice since purchasing it. Only real complaint is that the light for the Ice/Water Dispenser is too dim.
