We're thankful you mentioned this to us so we could help, Shay. While we're sorry you were let down by the size of our 2X Concentrated Pine-Sol, and we'd like to explain what's going on. We call it 2X because it’s double-strength. A smaller 60-ounce bottle makes 60 gallons of cleaner now, compared to 30 gallons before. Please give us a quick ring at 800-227-1860 and refer to this number: 240718-000688 so we can assist you further. Talk to you soon. Jeffery from The Pine-Sol Team

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Please rest assured our Multi-Purpose Pine-Sol 2X Cleaner is two times more concentrated, so even in a smaller bottle, it’s the same cost per use. We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment, and we hope we can talk with you. Our team is here at 800-227-1860, and please mention the reference number 241008-000082 when you call. We look forward to speaking with you soon. Shannon from The Clorox Team

Oh no, and thanks for telling us how you feel about this. We're sad to hear you’re disappointed with the size and price of our Pine-Sol 2X Concentrated Cleaner. Because the formula is double-strength, it comes in a smaller bottle for more cleaning with less waste, and the double-strength formula gives you twice the amount of cleaner resulting in the cost per ounce being the same. While a 60-ounce bottle of Pine-Sol used to make 30 gallons of cleaning solution, a 60-ounce bottle of the 2X formula gives you 60 gallons of cleaner. Please give our team a call at 800-227-1860 and refer to this number: 240612-000678 so we can assist you further. Talk to you soon. Jeffery from The Pine-Sol Team
