I bought this last month for our newly renovated backyard. The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. Very happy with the final product!!

Quality, customer service and support are awesome. Took four men to raise the roof but otherwise my husband spent every night after work building the structure in our garage. With a little help we got it done in two weekends.

The directions are absolute crap and the wood is super fragile. Had a long pice standing against the pool deck, it slipped, fell over and snapped in half. Again, this product is crap.

Really enjoyed putting this together. Instructions and Bilt app. were spot on. Just take your time and it will be a breeze. Tip would be to get the main structure up and the roof supports built then stain/seal entire all the wood. Then install metal to roof and install the roof.

Had my 12x16 Barrington gazebo installed, they did a very good job took almost all day with 2 1/2 men. I have now completed installation of tv with swing up mount, ran electrical conduit paint black, installed two electrical box's for power for tv and electrical box provided on post. Also installed 52” outdoor ceiling fan and a 120” crank down shade to block the sun in the afternoon. Very pleased the way it turned out.

I purchased this gazebo on June 19th and was scheduled for assembly on July 4th. I thought it was unusual to schedule for the 4th of July, then received a call cancelling the appointment. I understood it was a holiday, so I did not think much of the cancellation. I was rescheduled two other times and today August 11th, when the company was finally supposed to come to assemble my gazebo, they called an hour after their estimated arrival time to cancel the service once again. The company could not even reschedule my appointment. The company subcontracted to do the assembly service does not even do a good job communicating with customers and I had to be the one following up to get on their schedule. Save your time and hire a professional.

This gazebo is beautiful. It has easy to follow instructions, all the birds and hardware are numbered and every piece was there. I’m very impressed with this company. My husband and I mostly did this project with the exception of people helping hold. And we’re still married!!!

Very excellent build. The instructions were very well laid out. There were only a couple of times that I had to really had to scratch my head to figure it out. Most of the build I performed by myself until I could get help to put large sections together. The pre drilled holes were laid out very well. The only exception was that the purlins like the T02 on the top of the left and right roof panels had the holes set up on the center of rafter which puts the screw right into the bolt for the rafter. I appreciate the protection on the metal roof panels but if I never see another piece of blue plastic it will be too soon!

We bought this 12x12 back in August of 2025. It was a bit of a challenge for my wife and I to put together but we did it the right way. We stained every piece and took the time making sure it was correct. Everything was labeled correctly and every piece went together as noted. Plenty or hardware and Zero surprises. Be patient and you will have no problems. Now we are just enjoying the finished product. Highly recommend.
