Amazing Drying Power

Best dryer I've ever owned! My first LG Dryer and I can't say enough about it for a dryer. Great features, simple settings and dryers super fast. Like the French door fridge (LMXS28626D) and the LG washer (DLE3470M) this Dryer is amazing and I'd def buy again!

Unhappy since it was installed!

I bought this drier one month ago and have not been happy with the installation or the performance of the appliance. The duct was improperly installed and needed to be reinstalled. The drier shuts off before clothes are fully dry. The lint trap, the drum and inside of door must be cleaned every load and often floats out when the door is opened. I would not recommend this appliance

Trash

The dryer is useless! It stopped working within a week, my clothes never dry. It takes 3-4 times to dry a load, by then they’re mildewed and I have to rewash them. Started having to just hang dry all my clothes

Buyer Beware

I’ve had this dryer for a couple of months and it is useless. Not one load has dried properly. I so wish my Iold dryer wouldn’t have gone kaput. This dryer is a costly piece of junk.

Watch out for LG's third party installers!

I wish I could say I liked this LG dryer, but due to the third party installation team (Hub Group) crushing my dryer vent duct, and it's been two weeks and they have yet to come back and fix it, I haven't been able to use it but once because it's error code. It's been two weeks! Although the Sam's Club representatives are nice, they don't seem have any control over LG's third party installers and it seems that neither does LG! Sam's club representative just keep saying they are escalating the situation and Hub Group keeps saying they received an email from LG and they are looking into it and will call me back. THEY NEVER DO! They did give me a day for an installation check and never showed up despite me calling them at least four times verifying they were coming. I'm getting the run around when I just want to watch my clothes go around in a proper functioning dryer!
