Hi Shea, thank you for your review. The difference in color you are seeing with Wasabi is because ours is all Natural and does not contain any artificial coloring or food dyes. For Soy Sauce, yes we put two pouches, if you would like more Soy Sauce please feel free to ask the Chef for additional packets, they would be happy to help.
