[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 20-year-old Cuisinart knife set for this set. The self-sharpening block caught my attention. I enjoy the sharpening attribute. However, I would like the block to be shorter. I have a large kitchen and the block looks bulky on the counter. It's almost taller than my coffee maker and half the length of the counter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful set of knives. The block is elegant and the knives are SHARP! You can cut any piece of meat like butter with these knives. If you’re looking for a good set of knives, I highly recommend this one. I am very pleased with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had these about a month so far. Very good quality. Stay sharp and slice/cut through things easily. The only reason to give this 4 stars instead of 5 is how the prep knife sits in the block. It sits uneven to the rest of the knives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product! I have only had it a short time but it is just so wonderful to have this set of sharp knives that will not dull overnight in my home. The block is handsome and big since it houses 19 pieces in it and the stainless top is perfect for cleaning easily. When we upgraded to this base model made by Henkel we had no idea just how lovely it would be. Thank you Henkel for such a sweet set up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting new knives for a very long time now. I researched all of the different styles, stamped or forged , different brands or sets for almost a year. I chose these and am very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knives have great feel in the hand and the self sharpening keeps them working like new! The many different knives types are great for a versatile kitchen. The only issue may be the size of the block itself which may pose an issue if counter space is a problem

Everyone needs a sharp knife in the kitchen, and I never had knives that stayed sharp. Always dulled after several months. This set is just what I needed. Great assortment of knives that will definitely see me through all the jobs in the kitchen. Steak knives are also included, which I love so that everything is in one place. The best part is that I can easily sharped the knives each time they get dull. All you need to do is run the knife through the slot several times. If you don't want to sharpen you simply just pull the knife out. Very convenient and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my knife set for a Christmas gift. I had a previous set that is over 25 years old. I loved them and this is an even nicer more complete set. I am excited to use all the knives, I have not used all of the different knives yet. They self sharpen so I am anxious to see if they continue to retain their sharp edge. I have no doubt these will prove to be an exceptional addition to my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife set is amazing, yes the block is larger but there are big knives in it so it's to be expected, love the self sharpening feature will save so much time, I Def recommend this product! When I received the knife set one of the steak knives was cracked on the handle but I will be contacting customer service to take care of that issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this set because I've always wanted a good knife set. And right out of the box, I was happy. The packaging itself was impressive. Got them out of the box, gave them a wash, and had to try a couple of them. The weight is amazing. And these are sharp. Had no problems at all cutting up some fruit for my kiddos. Love the block for them too, very elegant. So happy that I purchased these.
