I knew what knives were of the highest quality and sharpening block made my choice of the product much easier! Sharp! Lots of choices! Effortlessly prep for my meals!

I had to guess where some were suppose to go. Should include diagram or instructions. I am still not sure I'd they are in the right slots. I guess time will tell that as well. We’ve had this set for about a month now and absolutely love it. It has about every sort of knife you can think of. It’s great for kitchen use at home. This knife set is very sharp and will last a long time. It comes with a self sharpening tool built in the knife block itself. Great choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are a serious upgrade for me, my previous set was Chicago Cutlery, it was a much smaller set and was looking worn after 20 years of use. I've been eyeing the 20 piece knife set online and finally asked for it for Christmas. I'm so glad I did!! The slots in the block are labeled and the box was really helpful in figuring out where the knives go. Knowing the names of the knives will help me Google them so I can learn the best uses for them. The first knife I tried was the chef's knife. I'm vegan so I cut a LOT of vegetables and I was blown away by how well the knife cut the vegetables... smooth like butter ;) and I hardly had to apply any pressure! The block is beautiful and the knives are high quality. I love that the sharpeners are built into the block. I love my new knives and I'm excited to try the rest of them!

They’re very sharp and make cutting and slicing effortless. The self sharpening block is an added bonus. I’ve had other knives in the past that just become dull overtime, but that is no longer a worry. Every time you put a knife back in it’s spot it take it out, the block sharpens it. It’s also got clear printed labels for each knives place.

I've started watching a lot of cooking videos and everyone says it is important to have a good set of knives. I decided it was time to stop using cheap knives and get a good set that will last me a lifetime. My son has a set of Henckels knives and is very happy with them. I decided that was what I wanted. I love the self sharpening feature of these knives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The self sharpening block is phenomenal. I always hand wash to keep the knives in the best shape though they are also dishwasher safe. I hand washed them for the first time very lightly and it cut up my sponge up like crazy!

Love the self sharpening right in the block. Longevity, will let you know when these wear out and I come back to replace with same thing. Great gift idea.
