Over the years pieces of the set have gone missing or were borrowed so I finally bought a new set, this time with the self sharpening block! I LOVE these knives and was SO happy to receive my new set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives came out of the box sharp. I washed and situated in knife block, and at dinner carved with ease a roasted baked chicken. If there is a complaint, this knife block is huge but the selection of knives is wonderful! I happily will give up counter space for these knives.

I do all the cooking for my family and have had a desire for many years to get a better set of knives. These are wonderful! I have given everyone directions to hand wash and dry them...or else. Haha! I'm sure they will last me for many years and even though I have a good knife sharpener, I don't think I will need to use it much for these. They are so sharp and easy to use. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a nice set that doesn't cost a fortune.
