[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a fan of Samsung since my first purchase of a pair of Samsung 5500 speakers in 1976 in OKINAWA,JAPAN(I was stationed there in the military).Since that day performance has always been a number 1 priority to me. But to be Honest the sound bar I purchased wasn't up to I feel the Samsung name it lakes depth ,clarity,robust rich sound I would have expected !And part of the blame is on me for not financially be able to by top of the line.The other two items I purchased are Eceptional the Tab S9, and the tv are Great no complaints .Maybe for a small apt. the sound bar would be perfect but not in my living space .Other that that one complaint overthis 57 years thats a pretty good batting average to me. Got the unit home and connected it according to instructions. The remote control would not turn on the unit unless the button was pushed several times. Beyond three feet, the remote would not work. Tried new, fresh batteries and nothing worked. Brought it back to Wal-Mart.

I used both and the sound is so clear and it will adjust with your remote.. it works with all connected products to the TV like my PS5. I definitely recommend this!

The sound quality is definitely an improvement to a set of speakers from a flat screen TV I would recommend buying this especially for the price point. It is definitely worth purchasing for an upgrade until you can afford something with a subwoofer or more expensive with more bass and channels.

Well, it's okay. I wasn't stunned by the performance of this sound bar. It's the first one I've ever bought so, not exactly sure of what I was getting to start with. One thing I can say is that it tends to cut out on me from time to time, leaving me with NO audio whatsoever. Then I spend 20 - 30 minutes trying to figure out why no audio (from either the TV OR the sound bar). Eventually, somehow, I get the audio back. It works. When it works. It's not terrible. I use it over the TV speakers ALL the time because still, to this day, TV manufacturers won't put decent speakers IN the TV. If I bought another one, I'd probably move up and buy a better model. But the bottom line is, most of the time it works, and it IS better than the TV speakers alone.

I am not happy with the fact this sound bar is not compatible with Spectrum remotes. I have spent numerous hours numerous times trying to see if this could work. Even conference calls with spectrum and you guys on the line produced 0 results. Our other Samsung sound bar works but not this one. Now I have to have 2 devices around to perform separate functions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use the soundbar for movies and watching TV it had amazing sound quality and for being hiw mall it is it has really good base it's conectativity is outstanding as well I can go from playing music on my phone to the digital audio from the TV with the click of a button it has honestly made my listening experience better
