I keep a bag of these in the fridge. They have a long shelf life. If they start to go soft I cut them up and put them in the freezer in ziplock bags to be used later.

These peppers were very fresh, firm and full of flavor. I used a few to make stuffed peppers and they held up well and were delicious. And they are very large. Good price too.

I get these regularly and the ones I got this time had two broken ones in the bag. They were towards the bottom and I didn’t notice until they went bad. These peppers are delicious! This was still a sweet deal.

I’ve purchased these from time to time and have never had an issue. They’re great in my salads and stir fry’s. When I see they’re starting to go bad, I dice them up and keep in the freezer for cooking.

Love this pack. I use a lot of peppers and this is the most affordable way to purchase FRESH crisp peppers. I slice and freeze right away so they are always ready for sautéing.

I cut and stuff these with chicken salad, or tuna salad for lunch. Always fresh and crunchy. Any left over, I cut up and fry in a stir fry or on top of eggs for brunch.

Very good quality fruit. Just check for physical damage (splits or cuts). The largely clear packaging make that very easy. The fruit lasts quite a while (up to 2 weeks) in the refrigerator.

We cut up into bite size strips and freeze to use in stir fry and other dishes we want to add color, flavor and texture. They are easy to cut up and they freeze well. They taste great to just slice and eat.

I enjoy buying my produce at Sam's Club, as they are better quality than I often can buy at the regular grocery stores, and they tend to last longer. Great job to those buying these peppers!

Picked up instead of going into the store. The bag contained spoiled mushy bell peppers with some good ones. Go into the store and pick your own if you feel safe.
