I connected these headphones to my laptop and they worked wonderfully the first time! I tried them several times later and they just refused to connect again. Is there a secret to this that I don't know about? They are high quality headphones when they work.

I've yet to use the headset, but I don't see an effective noise-canceling feature. I only purchased the headset to replace a previous Bose system for airline flights. I don't use them to listen to music. I need to use them on my flight to Houston next month to effectively evaluate them.

90% of my job is making calls/taking calls and I love using these for that specific reason I am able to continue conversations in loud places without the person on the other line complaining about the background noise. Music is great as well. I like these now the next ones on the list are the Bose 700 lol never going back.

I purchased these to (1) fit over my hearing aids, which they do comfortably and (2) to use at work for Zoom and Trams meetings. The audio is good, but he microphone works only intermittently. I can't find any Bose technical support of this issues (and getting an actual human being to help does not appear to be an option). Not worth the price for the purposes for which I purchased them.

I bought these a couple of months ago, They work pretty well, I wear hearing aids, that is synced to most of my devices, and the sound is excellent. The headphones are just as clear sounding as my hearing instruments. The big drawback is the battery life which is short for a premium device.

Very good, two complaints, with quiet mode on all sharper sounds (clapping, car door shutting) are heightened and really hurt my ears, second complaint is the right headphone is far quieter than the left and it has most of the music focused on one side and it makes the listening a bit uncomfortable.

I received my Limited Edition BOSE headphones for Christmas. Very comfortable to wear even with my glasses on. They bring noise cancelling to the next level! Love that feature…my wife not so much as I can't hear anything she says when I am wearing them! LOL. I only wish they had a feature to “make a call”.

I bought this a few months ago because I wanted noise cancelling headphones that can be worn for a long time, and these headphones are so comfortable and last the whole day! It cancels noise really well and I think the sound is great. However, with the price I paid, I didn't expect it to be glitchy? When paired with multiple devices, the headphones sometimes cut in and out, so I only have it connected to one device at a time, which is a little inconvenient when I need to switch to my laptop. Also, I wear these around campus and notice that the sound also cuts out when I go to windier areas. I've only had these headphones for about 4 months and I'm pretty careful with handling them so the problems aren't because of damages or anything. They're great, but i'm just a little disappointed since they were so expensive

generally speaking, they aren't bad. they're comfortable and the noise cancelling is done pretty well. some things i've noticed upon using them more frequently is they struggle to go between two connections, so if i'm connected to both my laptop and my phone and i pause the video on my laptop then try to listen to something on my phone it often doesn't work and i have to turn off the headset and turn it back on which gets very annoying. for some reason there are often faint beeps that can be heard when i am listening to something or am on the phone, i've only had this headset for a month so it shouldn't be having as many problems as it does. a little disappointing for the price point.

I had asked for noise canceling headphones and my boyfriend surprised me with these! I have never had such quality sound and they are crazy good at canceling out sound with or without music playing! I am having some trouble connecting them with multiple devices.
