I got these recently. The app is very reliable and helpful with the adjustable equalizer for treble and bass. One thing that Im concerned about is the ear cups actually. The inside lining feels like it can come out so easily or with wear overtime. I guess that is why they have ear cups to buy once these are done but I wish the lining werent so loosely placed in these. Besides that, they are very comfy hence the name and the case is very slick. I have the white color which although most leading have a white headphone color, Im glad these do too.

They are very aesthetic and pretty they are also light and comfortable. On apps I notice sometimes when the audio goes out from like scrolling on insta there is sometimes a quick static noise but it lasts only like half a second so it's fine. Love them !

I had asked for noise canceling headphones and my boyfriend surprised me with these! I have never had such quality sound and they are crazy good at canceling out sound with or without music playing! I am having some trouble connecting them with multiple devices.

I am no expert on headphone quality, but these headphones are very comfortable resting on my head and over my ears (I have pierced helixes). The audio input is very smooth, and the output is very normal. These headphones have good features like, quiet mode & aware mode, skip & backtrack/replay, and the obvious play & pause. Warning these headphones charge with a USB C port and the wired feature has a smaller port than normal headphones so don't lose the wire they give you.

I bought this product around 2-3 weeks ago. I absolutely love these headphones. Im a huge music enthusiast. And I'm very picky on sound quality. AMAZING, sound quality. The only problem I have, which I wouldn't even consider a problem, more of a preference, having to deal with the bass, I would prefer there to be ear rattling bass at full volume n everything, unfortunately it's not. There is still a good quality bass, just not to the extent to how I'd like it. Overall great sound quality though, to my knowledge, very little sound leak which is good, almost completely blocks out all noise in quiet mode, and in transparent it sounds like I don't even have headphones on, if there's no music playing.

I got these over the skull candy crusher evo because I like the notice canceling in the gym and I like that you can adjust the noise balance but even with the bass all the way it is still super weak. Honestly I would get something else if you are in the market.

I've had the qc25 for several years now so I thought it was time to upgrade to a wireless/wired head set. Was so disappointed when I found out that I could not use it to play games and party chat on my Xbox X when I play online. I can hear the game and my friends but they can't hear me. Something about frequency issues between Xbox and Bose and that's the reason the mic doesn't work on Xbox. That part sucked.

I'm very much enjoying the product. It does everything I expected it to do. I have a number of Bose products… every one of them has done what they were supposed to do. Very happy. With the earbud's I shut down the world and get on with my day to I can focus on the day or the task at hand as I'm out and about on the road or on the job. When I can shut out the noise and focus on a audiobook, podcasts, training sessions and even some music. I wish my Bose could tell me not to pick up the phone, spoiling the joy they deliver

My husband gave them to me a couple of weeks ago. I wished they canceled out a little more sound but other than that was happy with them. Then this past week the microphone suddenly stopped working during phone calls. It only picks up my voice now if I am yelling.

QuietComfort 45 #1 quit working completely after day 1. I returned it to place of purchase and they said we would get a new one mailed to us shortly. I was hoping for a product exchange that day since this was a National merchant but they were out of inventory post Christmas. A week later QuietComfort #2 arrived and has worked fine. Other than the week delay in getting a Christmas gift, I'm pleased with service and performance of product.
