Best headphones for both music and remote work!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Not only is the sound quality incredible, but the battery life is as well. I get over a day of heavy usage (music/calls/meetings), and the headphones are comfortable and light enough that I don't realize that I'm wearing them. The noise cancellation on calls/meetings is superb and I'm able to walk anywhere in my house without the connection dropping. The "aware" mode is also important as it allows me to hear what is around me while working.

QC45: Good quality pair of headphones

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought the QC45 in the Moon Stone colour to see how it looks in person. I like it, but I don't know if it will look good in the long term (that's just based on my lifestyle and all that). It looks simple but well built, with straightforward app use. I wish it had the Music Share option (like the QC35s). I use it with my wife whenever we travel together. The sound quality is good IMHO. I have no audiophile expertise, so it's definitely going to vary from person to person. The comfort is still pretty good. I don't feel any fatigue, even after wearing my pair for hours. The on/off switch does feel more satisfying to use on this pair (the QC35 ones with the dot looks better). The USB-C charging is welcomed. I wish I could use my USB-C to Lightning cable I have, so as to listen to music with NC on. That would be dope! The control buttons look ok; the QC35 control buttons look more premium (with the three dots). The stamping of the Bose logo, instead of how it was on the QC35, is debatable, I wish they kept the Bose logo from the QC35, but they changed it. I wish they had kept the alcantara headband, but they've changed it. I think bald people would have appreciated it if you had kept the alcantara headband . As for phone calls on this, let's just say the caller can hear EVERYTHING happening in your environment pretty loudly, including wind noise, if you are outside. It is not for random/telemarketing offices phone calls at all. Your caller can hear people talking in your vicinity, you taking notes on paper, etc. That's not good for business. You need a quiet room for your caller to benefit from your environment (basically, no NC for them) Bose, if you ever read this, might I suggest you make the Midnight Blue QC45 have the design cues of the predecessor (dots on buttons, alcantara headband, Music Share in the app) improve the additions (USB-C's functionality for audio), as well as keep the newbies (USB C, clean looks, etc). Thank you for the updates and it is appreciated.

Easy to sync with Bluetooth. Love these!

I bought these after traveling with friends who had them. We were all in a row in front of a baby with a piercing screech. My friends showed me how these can help you keep your sanity, and your hearing! I also use them around the house, and even at night. They're great!

Best Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this at the last minute as a Christmas gift for my husband. It actually shipped to me within a week. He absolutely loved it. The sound quality is great, but the best feature he went on and on about was the noise cancelling feature. Great Buy!

Best Headphones...EVER

I am hearing impaired and wear Phonak hearing aids. PROBLEM: the hearing aids allow ambient noise in, so when I am bluetoothing music or an audio book to my hearing aids, even when at full volume, in public or in noisy situations, I simply cannot hear the content. I decided to try these BOSE headphones, and they are superb. Now, when I'm trying to hear a podcast, audiobook or good music, I can enjoy it whether I'm out walking or at my (very noisy) gym. These are especially appreciated on days I want the world to go away, lol! They are worth every penny invested!

Brand new item but one side missing sound

I received an item and was very excited. When I listened to music, one side was missing sound. I followed the instruction with possible recovery from the situation but nothing resolved. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and listened to YouTube music and iPhone Music library.

Good quality just a few over sights

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the 45s to replace my 35 2s. I think they sound better and they charge quicker and last longer. However there is no option to turn off ANC or transparency mode so when I am walking in windy weather all I can hear is wind blowing against the mics. And to me not being able to use 300£ headphones in any windy weather is a big deal

The really really good upgrade from the QC35 I

I was on the fence when these came out, because I've been using my QC35 I (not II) since 2016, every single day. And the every QC around ear headphone before that. I still have my QC2s and it works :D I connect my QC45s to my Phone, iPad, TVs and it just works. The switching using the Bose Music app is really good. The Bluetooth range is phenomenal and way better than the QC35I. The noise cancellation is so much better. I prefer the buttons to touch controls because that way I can lay my head down and not worry about the touch controls misfiring or not firing in the cold outside. The only thing i noticed is that the during phone calls my voice sounds more muffled compared to the QC35s. Not a deal beaker but I do have to talk louder which is not something you want to do in a public space. I hope Bose can test and address that via a firmware update.

Need some Bass

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Please add an EQ in this headphones. Lack of bass is killing me. At this price range, stop and automatic play should be basic function. Please add on the next software update. Besides that great headphones, super light, small case, easy to travel with. I have owe Sony XM4, iPhone AirPods Max and I will say because of the size this will be my travail companion. I hope the next software update will make these headphones rock.

Absolutely AMAZING!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the new BOSE QC45's for my 18th B'day and I am in love with them! From the crystal clear phone call's, High Fidelity audio, world-class noice cancellation, all the way to how the feel and perform is absolutely AMAZING!! Sadly I can't rate it any higher than 5-stars. If I could I would rate these new headphones 1'000'000'000'000 stars!
