[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the 45s to replace my 35 2s. I think they sound better and they charge quicker and last longer. However there is no option to turn off ANC or transparency mode so when I am walking in windy weather all I can hear is wind blowing against the mics. And to me not being able to use 300£ headphones in any windy weather is a big deal

Bought this for my daughter at college. She wanted something that she could get great sound without bothering others around her. The noise canceling keeps outside sound out and inside sound in. I begged her to let me try and easily hooked the Bluetooth to my phone. I listened to an old Grateful Dead concert and it was like I was sitting in the front row. Quality was awesome

I like these a lot, the noise cancelling is really good especially on airplanes. Not very heavy bass though. They also do tend to slip off my head and are not as secure as I would like. they are comfortable for sleep, but if you directly lay on your side then it might not be. I do like that they are water resistant so they would be good for the gym or if it starts sprinkling outside. they are very light wait and don't like stupid when I wear them too so that's cool. After having them for a year they still work good, but i find that if they are connected to other devices at the same time you are listening then they the audio tends to trip up. overall good!

I bought these for work because I do alot of online meetings and they are great for listening to tunes as well as zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google. It cN definetly cancel out office background noise; printers chatter and overall hum of flourescent lighting. If I were to change anything it would be the robotic femal voice that gives you the queues between Bluetooth connection, quiet and aware. Bluetooth connection is second to none with multiple devices. I can switch easily between phone and computer audio I'd I step away from the desk. Also love the equalizer which allows me to customize my type of music from classical to heavy deep bass. 10/10.

I like it, but I don't know if it will look good in the long term (that's just based on my lifestyle and all that). It looks simple but well built, with straightforward app use. I wish it had the Music Share option (like the QC35s). I use it with my wife whenever we travel together. The sound quality is good IMHO. I have no audiophile expertise, so it's definitely going to vary from person to person. The comfort is still pretty good. I don't feel any fatigue, even after wearing my pair for hours. The on/off switch does feel more satisfying to use on this pair (the QC35 ones with the dot looks better). The USB-C charging is welcomed. I wish I could use my USB-C to Lightning cable I have, so as to listen to music with NC on. That would be dope! The control buttons look ok; the QC35 control buttons look more premium (with the three dots). The stamping of the Bose logo, instead of how it was on the QC35, is debatable, I wish they kept the Bose logo from the QC35, but they changed it. I wish they had kept the alcantara headband, but they've changed it. I think bald people would have appreciated it if you had kept the alcantara headband . As for phone calls on this, let's just say the caller can hear EVERYTHING happening in your environment pretty loudly, including wind noise, if you are outside. It is not for random/telemarketing offices phone calls at all. Your caller can hear people talking in your vicinity, you taking notes on paper, etc. That's not good for business. You need a quiet room for your caller to benefit from your environment (basically, no NC for them) Bose, if you ever read this, might I suggest you make the Midnight Blue QC45 have the design cues of the predecessor (dots on buttons, alcantara headband, Music Share in the app) improve the additions (USB-C's functionality for audio), as well as keep the newbies (USB C, clean looks, etc). I am a legal transcriptionist and have always used earbuds. I saw a review of the QuietComfort 45 headphones and decided to give them a try, even though I had doubts that I would hear as well through them. Boy, was I wrong! They are totally noise cancelling and I can hear the spoken word very clearly. As far as comfort, I wear them for 10+ hours every day with no problem. The name says it all - quiet and comfortable. The quality of the product and of the sound they deliver are excellent.

The sound quality is great, but the best feature he went on and on about was the noise cancelling feature. Great Buy!

Airpods pro2 was my original daily driver but they hurt my ears so badly after long use, unfortunately I just have a unique ear shape. I picked up the QC45's on a whim and was instantly hooked. One charge allows me all day listening, the comfort of the pads also allow me to wear them most of the day with 0 pain. Trying it side by side with my AirPod pro 2 I feel like I couldn't even tell them apart in terms of audio quality, ANC on the other hand leaves a little to be desired, with all things considered what the QC45 lacks in ANC effectiveness it makes up for in comfort and battery life.

From the crystal clear phone call's, High Fidelity audio, world-class noice cancellation, all the way to how the feel and perform is absolutely AMAZING!! Sadly I can't rate it any higher than 5-stars. If I could I would rate these new headphones 1'000'000'000'000 stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bose QC45's are pretty good headphones. The comfort level and design is amazing. You could wear these headphones continuously for hours on end without any irritations. The sound quality is pretty clear and you could really hear everything from vocals to instruments. The only downside of the headphones is how you're unable to control the noise cancellation level. The noise cancellation is decent, but you could still hear most of the outside noise. Secondly, depending on the music you're listening too, it could be heard from others sitting near by. As a person who listens to heavy metal, it tends to be too loud and it is really noticeable to others when your listening to loud music. Other than that, these headphones are amazing.
