Enjoyed your pot pies for years, now you have changed the packaging, removed the silver piece. The pies do not cook well and do not brown as they did before. Tried several of them, increasing time in microwave, until I actually had burned places on the meat but the crust was doughy. Can not eat these now. Please do something to fix the packaging. This new one just does not work!

These pies have worsened considerably over the past few years. They used to be quite a quality upgrade over other similar products but now the quality and quantity of the ingredients is decidedly mediocre. Most recent chicken parmesan variety had 4 pcs. of chicken... really? Crust did not brown or crisp, vegetables were rubbery. Unlikely to repurchase

I would give you a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the last 2 chicken pot pies I had, There was a very strong taste of sage, which had never been there in the past and hardly any gravy. I love the pies because they have double crust and the large amount of gravy in which to soak the crust. The chicken and veggies are sufficent. Please change them back to the original way they were.

Marie Callender's Chicken Pot Pie is the most excellent of all frozen pot pies. It is full of delicious fresh vegetables and white chicken meat and gravy. It has a wonderful flaky crust which cooks just right in the new microwave box. We buy 16 pies each month to have for lunches because they are so easy to prepare and are so quick and delicious to make. I bought one of your Marie Callendar's Chicken Pot Pie yesterday and ate it last night. I cooked it in my conventional oven It was very good until I got to the gummy bottom crust. It was so gummy bad that I couldn't eat the crust. I got a teaspoon and ate the pie off of the crust. Cooking it in a paper pan in an oven at 400 degrees is not acceptable.. I won't try one again until I hear that you have improved the cooking method. Sorry.

My wife picked up a couple of these for me to have for lunch. I wasn't expecting much but gave one a try today. I already had the toaster oven preheating when I read the directions. "Remove top and cook in the microwave for 10 minutes" Hmmm, how is it going to get brown, I wondered. Well, 10 minutes later I popped it out and gave it a try. The crust was brown and flaky and to my surprise, it was not just a disk on top but went down the sides of the pan as well. The chicken was large white chunks and plenty of them. The gravy and veggies were very tasty as well. Kudos to the chefs at Marie Callender's for developing a pot pie that cooks perfectly in the microwave. Great job.

The pie dries out in the microwave. It wasn't very good. The crust was too dark for my taste. Disappointing. I was looking forward to eating it. I didn't cook it too long. I usually bake them but didn't have the time. 5014 6170 00 p3 05:40 p45 Best if used by Dec 10 2017

We have purchased the 16oz Chicken Pot Pie for years. In recent months the quality has gone so far downhill we will no longer purchase them period. The pie shell is now quite "empty", MUCH less tasty, minimal chicken, less gravy, tough chicken and tough carrots. So goodbye MC. Such a pity that management decisions to degrade this "Classic" product (to save pennies I expect) is allowed to go thru.

Because I loved the berry pie so much (rated a 5 star) I purchased two packages of 4 ea. pot pies. Well, I was very disappointed. The taste was wonderful, but I think someone forgot to put enough peas and gravy. I had to steam a side vegetable and open a jar of gravy to add to my dinner.

We were so disappointed in the chicken pot pies we bought. The amount of chicken and vegetables was beyond minimal. I would expect the contents of the pies to match the picture on the box. These pies were a far cry from that! Why would you show chicken and vegetables filling the crust and then skimp on the contents?
