I?ve bought these for years but they have declined in quality as filling/crust ratio has declined. Too much crust now. I?d rather pay more than suffer this hidden cost cutting/profit maximizing. Saving money isn?t everything so I?m getting 16 oz version at grocery store next time. Larger should mean more space for filling. Fingers crossed.

I used to Love Marie Callender chicken pot pies, they were absolutely the best & worth the higher cost. Now, I can safely say I will never buy them again, because of the severe decline of the quality! It still tastes good, but not as good as it did, because there is such a small amount of contents, most of the taste is crust. We've had this issue before, but tonight I finally decided to do more than eat & complain to myself. This latest encounter, I bought the 10 oz packages for 6 people in my family. Everyone was eating theirs before I started mine, & since they complained about how there was almost nothing there, I decided to count mine. So I dumped it on a plate & discovered I had a whopping 5 small pieces of chicken, 11 peas & 5 small carrot pieces. Couldn't measure the gravy, but there was almost none. Looking at other reviews, I can see I'm not the only person who's had this experience. Marie Callender used to be synonymous with quality - NOT ANYMORE!

I must admit that the price is a little pricy. Well today was the first time that I tried any if your pot pies. I was really shocked. The crust had a crunch that I like. The filling had big pieces if meat unlike the others, they small pieces of meat. The vegetables had a vibrant color the gravy was seasoned good. I will be buying only Marie Callender pot pies only. Thank you

I love your pot pies. Sure there is going to be inconsistency in the contents of each pie. And, sure you do get a chicken cartilage bite every few pies. Nothing unexpected there for the value. But what brings me here is the new packaging. I am all for the more recyclable packaging but without the silver on the lid I have to wonder... what is in the crust that allows the top to brown in the microwave? Did you have to add some metal to the crust? Until this is explained, I will have to stop buying these.

I eat the chicken pot pots 5to6 times a week sometimes I eat it for lunch then dinner. I am totally hook on them always have to have 12 boxes on stock. Tried other pot pies no way as good as yours. It would be nice if you could offer some discount coupons to help with the cost. HOOK

The taste was very good! However; the content left much to be desired! The picture shows lots of filling. I found several slivers of potato,three tiny pieces of ham. The rest was gravy. I was very disappointed. I have eaten your entrees and veggie and meat pot pies. Really like the dinners. Sincerely, P Lukas

I eat these when dining alone, the rest of the family is either at work or out for the evening. It makes a comforting and filling meals which is easy and quick to prepare. The top crust is always flaky. The chicken pieces are tender, the vegetables are tasty.

Have been enjoying your chicken pot pies for some time now. Sorry to say, I was very disappointed with the last batch of small pot pies my wife bought. The pepper taste was so predomment that I could hardly finish the small pie. I just wanted you to know that I'll think twice now when buying your product. YUMMY! But like any good pie with a pastry based crust, the crust had got the calories, which is because there's no way to make a crust without flour and shortening that's going to come out flaky and yummy. So, if you don't mind the calorie count or you're willing to work to burn them off, it's worth it. But if you're planning to exist solely off these pies, you'd better be planning on running several miles a day.

I used to love these pies and practically lived on them. The last 3 times I have bought the 8 pack They changed the packaging,(very upsetting probably to save money.) so now when you microwave the pot pie according to directions, to take off the top of the box your pie puffs up and drips out of the top of the pie and sticks to the box. Not to say that the top of pie crust doesn't brown like it used to. Ruins the whole pot pie!!! Also sometimes the chicken has hard gristle in it sometimes. Not what it used to be!!!!
