There is a reason why the price is low on this big jar of jalapeño peppers. The whole bottle is full of overripe red jalapeños and the stem base of the pepper. If you are like me, you will be throwing away a lot of the pieces. Rest of the pieces have no shape or are broken or just randomly thrown in. Hated it. Will not be buying this large jar again.

We are Texans who know real jalapenos. These are fairly mild but on nachos or other foods that will be served to a gathering, they are perfect so that those who don't want too spicy can enjoy them. We use them a lot on a lot of foods such as cheese and crackers or chalupas.

Looking for lien everywhere. Could only find them online. Picked them up at Reisterstown store. Usually expect issues at this location but encountered the most gracious helpful positive professional and efficient desk representative I have encountered in eight years at this location. Glad to see you're turning your reputation around with better selections in associates. PEPPERS aren't bad either!!!

I like the flavor of Jalapeno peppers. I also like spicy (hot), which these are not. Just good Jalapeno flavor. I put them on or in everything... salads, scrambled eggs, soups, salads, or just eat them as slices. They are not hot spicy (to me), just like the flavor. I have been going through a jar of these about every 2-3 weeks.

As someone who only has a relatively small number of meals I plan for these are fantastic for mixing things up when I feel like it. Sandwiches, Mexican food, omelettes, mac n' cheese, and more. Plus, they're cheap and bulk and keep forever cause they're pickled.

I love the taste of these slices and use them in a variety of dishes. My favorites are in omelets and breakfast bakes. It would be great to see the same value in two smaller units. After the jar is about ½ empty I put the contents into a smaller, more refrigerator-friendly container.

The right amount of firmness and heat for a true unmodified / unspiced jalapeno taste. Pickling Vinegar consistent with a good taste on its own to consume in small amounts (as apple cider vinegar is used.) Jar (instead of can) easier to refrigerate and use over time.

This a great value for these jalapeno peppers. I paid $1.69 for a tiny 8-10 oz. jar that I've already refilled twice and have barely made a dent in the jug. As for the peppers, with both containers, there were a lot of tops/stems and uneven slices. If you use jalapenos often and have room in your fridge, this is by far the best bang for your buck!
