These buds are awesome. Don't skip the set up process. Install the app on your device. Go to earbud settings, then Earbud test fit. Then run the test, if you don't get the proper fit try adjusting them. If still no go then change the tips. They come with Small, Medium, and Large. Swap them out until you gat it correct. I needed large. Changed them out and now perfect. Noise cancelling is perfect. It's all in the set up.

These are definitely the best wireless earbuds I've owned so far. They're small, but have a snug fit in my ears without being uncomfortable. The charging case is also extremely small which is convenient to carry around in my pocket. They have plenty of battery life and are easy to operate.

These are great headphones with so many incredible features. The sound quality is amazing and good for phone calls. My only issue is I have to regularly adjust them to stay in my ear. I with they had an earhook version, other than that totally worth it.

The sound quality is excellent. The ANC is pretty good as well. The only thing I don't like about them is that if you do remove them from your ears to talk to someone, the sound starts playing through your phone's speakers instead of through the earbuds. This is very annoying and has no way of changing that in the settings that I can find. Sometimes you don't want the other person to hear what you're listening to, especially in a quiet environment. Samsung should really make this an option in the app. You make it to where the sound is subdued if you start speaking (not if another person starts the conversation), but sometimes you want to completely focus in a conversation and this hinders things. I would've given them 5 stars if not for this.

Although it is too soon to tell, i thought these earbuds are great in the following areas. Bluetooth connection with my phone was very responsive, easy discovery and and fast connection. The sound quality is excellent, even when the phone is 20ft away from the earbuds. What remains to be known is the battery life and the longevity of the earbuds.

I have been using it for a week. The sound it's clear.the noise canceling its very good . Hands free calling it's good. Now touch controls kinda sucks. And battery time it's ok but not great. I also like the fact you can see the location of each ear piece. At least the last location you use them . The case it's amazing tiny and charges them fairly quick . You can use a wireless charger as well.

Earbuds fall out all the time and I had to order multiple different tips but nothing seems to work. Also the buds randomly stop playing music for a couple seconds very frequently for how expensive they are you would think they wouldnt have issues right off the bat.

Great buds, it's amazing just how smart ear buds can be. The sound is full and clear. I hope I don't ever lose one, but if I do I'll be able to find them with the locator and the sure fit is great for the best sound. Just great fitting and comfortable ear buds!!!

Amazing features and comfortable fit! The noise cancelling is top notch, and I like the conversation detection and ambient sound amplification. These really have an incredible sound as well. It takes some time to learn all the controls, but its well worth it to take advantage of all the functions. I definitely think these beat the Buds v1 and I prefer them to the Buds3 with the stick. I'll be holding on to these for awhile!

I was so excited when I received my order. I love the color and the slick small design now not so much. main reason why I ordered the ear bud's was for their small shape. I have worn the pods a couple of different times and everytime I have used them at work they fall out. Kind of sad sound quality is great, color is adorable but not sure why they are falling out.
