Got the buds 2pro in white. Everything was plastic and hollow, didn't really feel like a premium product. No rubber feeling like the bora purple has. Sound and anc is good when it fits in my ears, usually falls out although that probably my problem. Overall not too happy for price. If it's little cheaper it's good.

They are cute but they did kept falling out of my ears. I tried to use all 3 size attachments but none worked. I ended up sending them back because I couldn't keep them in my ears. I don't have funny ears either, I have the Galaxy Buds Live and love those.

I love the earbuds functionality however I wish I could use both of them bc the left pod will not stay in my ear for some reason. I tried changing the gummy earpiece however all of the extra pieces are too big for my ear. If I had a smaller one I am sure it will not fall out. So I am half satisfied with the product. I wish I could purchase what I need.

Love these earbuds more than my previous Samsung buds. They are very easy to use. I'm expecting the same durability as I had with my previous Samsung buds. I accidentally machine washed them and they still worked fine. Samsung quality is top notch that's why they will always be my go-to brand.

The Buds 2 Pro are quite simply the best ear buds I've ever owned. From the ability to wirelessly charge the case from the back side of my S24 Ultra device, to the truly immersive audio itself, complete with 360 degree, Dolby Atmos certified, object tracking sound and even groundbreaking new AI features like voice detection, head tracking, seamless device switching and programmable touch controls, these ear buds not only fit and sound great, but they have become a staple part of my everyday life. I use them for phone calls at work, music during work outs and at night for watching tv and movies. I use them for literally everything!

Its my second pair of buds2 Pro earbuds and they never stop amazing anytime I use them. Had my friend the first pair and he never gave it back to me.. he was soo shocked on how good they were that he offered to buy me new ones.. so I gifted them to him. I cant tell you all what you missing once you tweak some settings in the wearable app. With head tracking you get the feeling music follows yoi every turn you make. Just buy them..

A glaring omission is the inability to adjust the volume of the ambient sound. This lack of control can be frustrating for users who want to tailor the balance between their music and the environment around them. Despite these shortcomings, the Buds2 Pro do offer a comfortable fit and decent noise cancellation. However, the drawbacks in ambient sound handling are too prominent to overlook, especially for users who rely on this feature regularly. The Buds2 Pro might cater to those looking for basic noise cancellation and a Samsung-branded product, but for those seeking a refined and customizable listening experience, they might not hit the right note.

The sound is good. The ergonomics not so much. Even though both earbuds appear to have micro LEDs (?), the charging case has only one on the inside and one on the outside. When putting the earbuds in the case to charge, it is unclear if both have connected or if one or the other has not! With only one exterior LED, the charge level is unclear. Battery life and Bluetooth range are not the best and not as good as much cheaper earbuds. The shape of the ear buds is comfortable but it is impossible to handle them when inserting without activating the touch surface. Does it matter? I'm not sure. They feel like they might fall out and with only one set of soft ear inserts you have no other fitment choices. At this price point I would expect several earpieces for optimal fit. When listening and changing sound sources (switching to different videos or changing songs) sometimes they don't activate simultaneously with a fraction of a second difference between them. While the case is a good size, it is almost impossible to find the front by feel alone and I find myself constantly trying to open the case from the wrong end. The active noise reduction appears to work well, but controlling it without the app maybe challenging. I wanted to use these while flying but with no trips planned the return window would have closed. I expected better at this price point and returned them.

I was so excited when I received my order. I love the color and the slick small design now not so much. main reason why I ordered the ear bud's was for their small shape. I have worn the pods a couple of different times and everytime I have used them at work they fall out. Kind of sad sound quality is great, color is adorable but not sure why they are falling out.
