[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 air purifiers in my house and this is the best of them. I keep this in the living room near the kitchen and it works silently. Plus the fragrance diffuser smells good. Some features that I like, it runs on eco mode, fragrance diffuser, silent running and indicators for air quality on the front. This air purifier is very light so easy to move around if you need it. Amazing product. This is my second Shark Product and yet to be disappointed,

Bought this as a present. Just plugged it in and it works great and covers a big area. The only downside is that I purchased this after getting a Shark account with a nice discount and I could have bought it twice since then and saved another $20. A little peeved about that. Still very nice even though I could have saved money after purchasing the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My youngest son suffers from seasonal allergies and it was becoming more and more apparent, due to climate changes. Our pediatrician suggested that we use a Hepa filter and so we began testing out the Shark Never Change Air Purifier Max. There are multiple impressive findings that have won us over. First of all the Hepa filter is designed to last up to 5 years without replacing. Instead one has to easily clean (not replace) the two side filter screens that protect the filter in order to remove any airborne dust, hair or lint that may become trapped. Secondly it covers a wide area up to 1400 square feet, which means my open floor plan is sufficiently covered without having to move the unit around nor having to run multiple units on the first floor. Another great feature is that this machine neutralizes the air, removing offensive smells, like fish frying or pet odors. I find that it works most quietly on the two lowest settings and still gets the job done. Setting it on Max can be quite noisy and may be annoying if run for an extended period of time. Putting it on the Auto-setting, will allow the machine to go to work all on its own, purifying the air. We really like the contemporary design and feel it would compliment any decor. Shark has made a superior machine that can be perfect for anyone, especially those with allergies or respiratory issues. Would recommend!

Received this for Christmas 2023. It definitely doubles as a sound machine. We enjoy the sensor readout and can see what affects the air quality the most in our day to day routines. I was VERY ANNOYED by the giant sticker that came on the front of it because it was not an easy peel off. The adhesive residue is still on the front of ours which sucks for the amount of money that was spent on this. I took photos to include, not able to include here.

Just bought this today, seems to be working fine except for the stench emanating from the "odor neutralizing pod". This is nowhere near odor neutralizing, it is a FRAGRANCE evidently meant to COVER odors, not neutralize them. Within minutes my eyes were watering, my throat was burning, and my nose was running. I hope this thing works without the "pod" in it because that thing is going straight to the trash can.

I purchased and eventually returned a Shark NEVERCHANGE air purifier max HP305. I bought it without doing much research because I'm impressed with Shark vacuum and trusted this would be the same. The build quality is decent and the sale price was enticing, but its performance is average. I couldn't get past the less-than-honest marketing of calling it NEVERCHANGE. The implication is that you'll never have to change the filter. However, the description says, "designed for 10x longer filter life" but YOU DO HAVE TO CHANGE THE FILTER. Also, I believe it's 10x longer only if you run it on "Auto" mode which means the purifier is off most of the time. That defeats the purpose of having an air purifier, in my opinion. I ended up buying an air purifier that is AHAM verified and highly rated by Consumer Reports.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got my Shark US - Shark NeverChange™ Air Purifier MAX. It is awesome filter lasts years. It has scents you can use to mask some odors and give a pleasant smell as well, yiu do not need to use it. It tells you how good your air is. It is easy to use and high quality. I am super happy with it. It is a must first healthy living especially if you have allergies, I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This purifier is large enough to cover most of my house and multiple rooms which I love. It's really quiet so I don't hear it hardly ever yet it can ramp up if the air quality lowers. I notice when I make bacon especially, the air quality lowers and the purifier kicks up the speed to do more work. This doesn't have a filter you need to change, just two side filter screens which catch dust and animal hair. Even after a few weeks my screens don't really have much collected on them so I don't think this will be a high maintenance product. My favorite feature is the odor neutralizer on top, it smells amazing. I wish it was stronger and I could smell it all over my downstairs but I need to be a little closer to the machine to notice. One thing I don't love is the bottom part sticks to the floor easily so if I try to move it, the bottom untwists and comes out fairly regularly. Which isn't a big deal, I just twist it back and try to move it again a little more carefully. Overall it's a great product and seems built to last. It will save money on filter replacements too so the initial cost is worth it in the long run.

One side of the purifier puts out fantastic air other side doesn't put out hardly any. Also malfunctions quite a lot I have the large one and a small one and they both do the same, which I can't understand. It's just me in the house and it's just frustrating. My friend told me to get the air doctor and I should've listened. She doesn't have any problems with hers however, replacing her filters are a little expensive . But hindsight, it might've been worth it due to the frustration I have with both of these I have one on YouTube to help. Try to figure out what to do with these and I have to vacuum The filters clean inside and that still doesn't work 90% of the time
