We got our purifier in about 2 weeks ago and it works wonders!  We have 4 dogs so we needed something to keep our home from smelling like....well, dogs.  This has definitely made a difference.  Considering buying one for other areas of our home.  I also like that it cleans the air after cooking.

I really like this unit. It really does its job by cleaning the air. Its very quiet and has a few modes that increases the fan speeds when it detects unclean air. My only bad thing I have to say is that my previous unit came with a remote control. This unit does not have it. It would be a nice addition for this unit.

I love this machine! It's wasn't sure it is worked at first because it said my house was 100% for air quality. But then my husband started making bacon and it kicked on right away. 10 minutes later the house was clear and no hint of a bacon smell. 100% worth it and will probably get a smaller one for my bedroom.

I mean it was easy to setup the high-performance HEPA filter that looks very durable and won't need to be replaced until 5 years. It was also easy to turn-on the power of the purifier and let it do its thing, and I loved that it comes with a wonderful odor neutralizer cartridge that was easy to insert onto the top of the air purifier. I am so satisfied and happy with my new Shark Never Change Air Purifier Max!

It is easy to set up right out of the box, the instructions are clear. It works amazing! I had no idea it covered such a large area. I keep it close to mine and my boys bedrooms. It gives off the lightest scent, as it's working. But it's just a clean light scent. The display will tell you how clear the air is up to 100%. This has made a world of difference in my home.

I'm not sure if this air purifier really cleans the air. I was sure my air was contaminated with dust and cat hair/smells and was surprised when turning it on for the first time and getting a 96% air quality. Never thought my air was that clean, so I bought this air purifier. Can't really tell any difference in my allergies. The purifier is and the airflow seems fine. But is it really doing anything? Or just displaying that my hair is good? Wish there was someway to tell.

Gave this Shark Never Change Max air purifier model HP302 a true 30 day test and I can say highly recommend it. The dust shows after 4 weeks running on auto. Then we set up the humidifier. Because we have a water softener that uses salt and peroxide it only took 15 minutes till our air quality dropped to red the unhealthy level. Turned it off and it took 1 hour back to get it back to blue 96 % and it holds their until we put wood in the basement stove and it drop to the low 80's for about 30 minutes before going back up to 96 to 98 percent good air quality. And we haven't had any sinus issues after we bought a counter top water distiller From home improvement store using with the air purifier combination. No while dust going into our lungs. And we only use distilled water we made from the distiller in the cool mist humidifier we use.

Shark is a fantastic company and have always made things right, now I had a six fan air purifier and the clean air sensor went bad so they sent me the never change max and I've had for few weeks and now the clean air sensor is not reflecting clean air like my other air purifier's. So I'm going to contact them tomorrow to see what they will do about this one.

Purchased two hoping to see a difference in the air quality In our bedroom and house. Pros. *Whisper quiet most of the time on auto. *Easy to clean * Ships fast Cons. *Price *Not sure it's actually cleaning the air my cheap filter seems to catch more dust and pollen. *The smelly cartridge to make the air smell clean is out in days even on the lowest setting. This is a short term review will update after a season of use.
