[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot believe we went years without one of these - the results are INSTANT. We live in the midwest. Basically a RED ZONE for all things related to air quality, pollen, pollution, etc. We also have dog, birds, cats. During the mornings, we like to open our windows to let some fresh air in but we also get the pollen. For years, I've had to have an inhaler as it affected my lungs. We tried the Shark NeverChange Air Purifier and what a wonderful piece of modern technology. Out of the box, it was ready to plug in. You also get the odor neutralizer (we have a home gym and that room gets rather muggy and smelly). We love the look, design, functionality, and the SILENCE of this thing. Even when it's fully powered. There's no distractions or attention drawn. It's beautifully sitting there in the corner doing serious work. I love the digital reader that shows you what your air quality is. We noticed how low our score would get after making breakfast, cutting the grass, or even running the vacuum cleaner. Rather than that air simply circulating with your ceiling fans, this purifier is recycling the air and you can feel the magic. The first night we ran this and then walked downstairs, it felt like a brand new atmosphere we were in due to the amazing air quality and smell. I haven't used my inhaler as I have had no breathing issues after we received this. That 'home smell' every home has is no longer present as the odor neutralizer makes your home / air smell quite amazing. I no longer have to apologize to my guests as we walk past the gym room as it normally smells just like a gym bag but it smells pleasant! This is a MUST HAVE piece of technology for anyone. Homes need these and your quality of life will appreciate you for it. We cannot recommend this enough!

We LOVE it! We put this in our dining, living & kitchen area and selected the Auto function-this means it only runs when it senses fumes in the air. It turns on and runs until the fumes are eliminated! Last week, we made brussel sprouts and there was NO SMELL! Our original Hepa filftered cleaner ALWAYS left food smells.

We bought this over a month ago. At first it was staying at 100% with a blue ring. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 4 people living in the house so it was surprising that the air was "clean". One we cooked and did some vacuuming it kicked in and dropped to 50% and started cleaning the air. We love that it shows current air quality and that it has the Eco feature, we leave it on all the time, 24 hours a day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new Shark Never Change Air Purifier MAX is designed to do such a great job on cleaning the air in my home and keeping it smelling fresh. I mean it was easy to setup the high-performance HEPA filter that looks very durable and won't need to be replaced until 5 years. It was also easy to turn-on the power of the purifier and let it do its thing, and I loved that it comes with a wonderful odor neutralizer cartridge that was easy to insert onto the top of the air purifier. I am so satisfied and happy with my new Shark Never Change Air Purifier Max!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this thing. The gauge on the front that shows what the quality of the air is at is amazing! It definitely works too because the moment we start cooking the number goes way down and the filter starts working on over time until it gets back to 100. Helps keep dust away, and I think it helps with our cat hair (but I'm not sure bc cat hair still turns up everywhere). Also love that I don't have to change the filter so I dont have to keep up with buying the filters. Worth the money!

I haven't even been using this a month, but I see when it is working. I was mostly interested in it's ability to remove dust particles from the air. Time will tell but it appears to be doing a good job. It's also very quiet, contrary to what a friend told me about another brand that she owned. Shark products have always been good quality since I've used them the past 20 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product a while ago and put it in the corner of my living room. It was easy to assemble and runs so smoothly and quietly. The odor eliminator is a nice feature and the air feels noticeable better.

I purchased 2 of these to replace older Bissell air cleaners. Unfortunately I returned both. The reason I returned both was because of the automatic "Eco" setting. I am a firm believer that when an air purifier is constantly filtering air, even at a very low setting, that it will read the air pollution more accurately. These air purifiers have an automatic "Eco" setting that turns the fan off. You cannot set it to filter at the lowest setting without it turning off after 5 minutes or so. Definitely felt like our Bissell air purifiers cleaned the air more often then these brand new ones. So I returned them. Also, the design of the filter housing at the bottom of the unit is nice but not practical. You have to be VERY careful when repositioning or moving the unit because the filter housing at the bottom will unlock easily and when you lift the unit the filter comes out. Not every time but often enough to where it becomes annoying. One last thing. The overall design is beautiful but since it is a cylindrical shape it's not very practical if you are positioning it against a wall. It sticks out like a sore thumb.

I really enjoy this Shark NeverChange™ Air Purifier MAX. The white color matches with everything I have in that room. It runs quietly because I use the Auto mode. Beautiful product design. I do not use the Odor Neutralizer because I do not need to neutralize odors, none. Overall, I give it a 5☆

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this air purifier. I had been looking for one, for awhile, and it just so happened that I was able to get into this Influenster! I really love how clean the air seems! I have 3 cats and it is very hard to feel like everything is clean, when you have cat fluff floating around. The system is pretty sensitive, but in a good way! I also have a humidifier in my room that I need to use, due to bad allergies. Anytime I have them both on at the same time, my Shark air purifier air quality percentage tanks! Of course this is on the nose when it comes to how a purifier works. The only caveat that I have with the air purifier is that when you go to adjust the filter on the bottom of the machine, you turn it to lock it in place, but if you put it on a surface and turn it at all, it will unlock you filter, so just be careful!
