l bought this to use in a hurricane. lt has stayed powered up ready when needed. So easy to use and l bought a cart to move it around. The relief l have knowing this generator is ready when needed!

Good product

We have numerous short power outages lately,I wanted this to watch TV,use microwave,make coffee etc. without having to haul out the gasoline generator. Just so happened 2nd day I had it power went out for 4 hours and it worked great for a fan and watching TV. Just what I wanted for short outages.

Easy purchase on-line and received product earlier than expected. I immediately charged up the Generac generator and it functioned better than expected. Product was exactly as advertised, and the price was exceptionally competitive. Will recommend Walmart to anyone interested in purchasing a Generac solar generator.

The GB2000 is a Fantastic unit for what it is, we purchased it going into another Huricane season refusing to part of the chaos hunting for batteries and lighting... While we haven't needed it for a hurricane just yet it has saved me during 2 power outages lasting hours! By that I mean I hook up the fridge, run a small fan and just relax... Obviously during a hurricane food would go in prepped coolers but definitely a lifesaver in a pinch...

It’s just enough to be able to cheat 1 or 2 things while camping, but also small enough to not be needed to power an entire campsite and keep you honest. Definitely lighter than expected which makes hauling it around much easier and I can see us using this for a long time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a smaller portable generator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took this on a 4 day camping trip to Mammoth Caves. We were boondocking (no electric) and used this to charge our phones and bluetooth speaker. It worked great and when we came home, it still had lots of power/charge remaining. Comes with 3 cords to charge (wall outlet, car charger, and solar panel adapter). We have only used the wall charger so far, but love the optional cords included...the car charger will come in handy during our next power outage. We hope to purchase solar panel in the near future as we are planning a cross-country camping trip with lots of boondocking. Only downside (in our opinion) is the storage for the cords...the pocket is very snug and it is hard to store more than one cord at a time.
