The device is elegant, but it needs some improvement in the following: * connectivity, it takes time to be connected and mobile app is connecting if the device in use. This means that if i am in a call and i want to jump to another profile during the call, this can not be done. The app keeps searching for the device without finding it. *voice volume, using the device in quiet area is excellent, but if the area is surrounded with people or noisy, it is very difficult to hear the voice. This happens even if i adjust the profile to the maximum. This happens in calls mostly and not media. Note: I am using the other shoks devices with no similar issues.

Can’t beat the comfort factor. It’s second to none, but I would sacrifice a little of it to have better controls, and longer ongoing battery life when talking on phone. Falls a little short of my expectations. I’ve had the open run series of headphones for awhile and I love them. I only wished they would create a separate earpiece model. When these came out I was thrilled. So much I blindly ordered them without fully researching the product. Direct pitch is good, but bone conduction is the best and true open ear technology. It was a little bit of a downer. I hope they make they make a model that is bone conduction along with being a separate earpiece. That would be the BEST!!!

I started wearing "After Shokz" / Shokz headphones 5 or 6 years ago and these Openfit buds are the most comfortable yet. I always have an Audio book running and the quality here is amazing. Phone calls are crisp and music sounds beautiful no matter the genre. Tip: If using Foldable device such as The Galaxy Fold 4... Make sure the phone is folded shut or the "App update" will not run. Took me 4 days to figure out that simple head scratcher!

I love the way the headphones fit, and how easy it is to still hear the environment around you. They’re easy to connect to my phone (iPhone) and the sound quality is great (I am not an audiophile- just an average listener). However, these things do NOT hold their charge. I had been using them, and then left them for a couple of days and then they were dead. When I had quit using them, the buds themselves and the case still had charge on them. However, opening them up after a few days and they were dead. My AirPods and other headphones I own can hold their charge even after a long time of not using so this is disappointing. Also, I’ve had these headphones for only a month!! This is disappointing and would get a higher rating if they could Hold their charge.

So much more comfortable than my AirPods! I facilitate virtual 1:1 and group meetings. By the end of the day my ears feel fatigued. Not so with Shokz!! In fact sometimes I forget they are on my ears!! The sound is very good as well. My only complaint is they can only be paired with 2 devices at the same time. I would l love them even more if they could be paired with my phone, my iPad AND my desktop simultaneously. Highly recommend!’n

Very comfortable and light. I don't even notice they are there. Even tested while running and they stay in place with no bouncing. My only wish is that volume control was on the earbud itself (vs needing phone to control). I didn't realize it wasn't before purchase and miss that feature as compared to the OpenRUN. Otherwise, I love them.

The OPENFIT are incredibly comfortable to wear, and the sound quality is fantastic. However, the small touch button for answering calls or pausing audio can be challenging to use. Additionally, there's no way to adjust the volume directly on the OPENFIT; you must use your phone or another device for that.

Great headphones! I love them because they stay in my ears while moving around, unlike Apple or Samsung earbuds, and they sound even better. The only thing missing is that the case does not allow wireless charging like iphone or samsung earbuds do - would really be a nice feature to have added.

After trying a friend's Shokz, I ordered 3 for my family (the OpenRun model)!!! I could not believe how awesome not only the sound was but the comfort as well. The best part is you can wear them and still hear your surroundings (great for jogging/walking and even hands-free phone use in the car, or anytime! I no longer need to worry about earbuds falling out of my ears or losing them! A dilemma I did have was whether to get the regular or mini size...the ONLY difference is the size of the band that goes around the back of your head (which if not worn correctly, the band in back will interfere with wearing a baseball cap/hat and annoy you while in the car - headrest). I listened to my friend and purchased the mini size (for me, my husband and my 13 year old son; we have average size heads) - they were perfect. It does take a little getting used to as in the beginning, after about an hour, it felt a little uncomfortable at the front of our ears but now we can wear them all day (my husband loves them for phone use as he runs his plumbing company & we all love them for the music!). Control buttons are easy to operate, for volume, answering & disconnecting calls, replay or skip music tracks, etc.). I took a pic on my phone of the controls from the booklet for reference until I used my shokz enough times to remember what/where the controls are). It also comes with a real nice carry pouch! If you don't like the idea of the band around the back of your head, Shokz does have the OpenFit model Bluetooth earbuds with soft, over-the-ear loops - I purchased these for my older son and he loves them! They come with a carry/charger case. The charger connects to the unit magnetically so it is not a standard C plug so you will need to use the charger that comes with the unit. Charges fast and battery can last 2+ weeks (depends on usage). Best product in this category and the sound quality is phenomenal!!! You won't regret this purchase!

They fit really well over the ear and i forget they are there when not using them. i really wish the volume was louder. Maybe in the app you can select volume option for the environment you're using them in? I'm still getting use to the tap control style.
