I’ll admit until I went to buy a pair of the OpenRun Pro, I didn’t even know Shokz made these type of headphones! I have never seen them advertised anywhere. As I was trying on the 2 versions of the Open Run I glanced over and saw these and became curious. And once I tried them on and heard the sound I was instantly convinced I needed these. The 1st surprise was these are EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE! To the point of I forget I am wearing them. It feels like the music is coming from speakers rather than a pair of headphones attached to your ears. The 2nd surprise is they are great for cycling. I was worried at first because when I bought these I totally forgot why I wanted the others. For fit and allowing me to hear surrounding noises. I thought, because the surface area is a little “boxy” and the fit is so comfortable, I thought they would move a lot or worse, fly off. It was an unwarranted thought. Even at 35mph these do not move and they allow me to hear both the music and the surrounding noises just fine. The 3rd surprise is that the sound is not distorted with speed(as the wind passes over the headphones) And the 4th which is actually the coolest part(literally and figuratively), idk if it’s just the way they sit on my ears but some of the airflow is directed towards my inner ear which gave a really nice cooling sensation as I was riding! I highly recommend these headphones!

I like the fit and the sound. I think it's like then better if they were none conduction that directed sound. However the customization is terrible. You hard wiring me to specific sets of functions, and the lack of a single tap really limits functionally. I still tend to use my Aeroplex over these simply because they are more flexible with buttons and customization, even if i hate that strap that goes around the head.

Wonderful earbuds; fantastic quality, works very well. Sounds and mic fantastic and extremely comfortable. Only criticism is that they do not seamlessly switch from device to device. Disconnection is at the device level and should be at the earbud level.

Love these! I have the wrap Aftershokz as well but I feel like these project into my ears better; more sound. When I'm working out with them they stay in and don't fall off. I powerlift and do cardio, Camping, walking, trails, etc. I haven't had an issue with them moving. I have had several people ask if they are hearing aids. I have the beats earbuds and to compare them to those, I'd say they both are about the same w sound quality. Except I can wipe these off and no yucks all the time.

I really don't like IEMs and on or over ear headphones get uncomfortable due to the heat/sweaty earcups etc. I was using pixel buds because I enjoy truly wireless headphones and then these were released. I daily drive these, for hours at a time, they're very comfortable and I am so happy with them. I hope this truly wireless ear-speaker style becomes really popular and we start getting lots of competition because this is by far my favorite style of headphones and I want it to never go away!

The separate ear pieces let me lean back in a chair. The sound is very good. It’s extra being able to boost the base. I haven’t run the battery down yet; so I don’t know if it will last all day. I do wish I could send a signal from my iPhone to two pairs for a private concert for two.

I LOVE my Shokz Open Air with the one exception that they rub up against the back of vest and jacket collars while running in the winter. Figured I'd try the Openfit as they don't go around the neck. But the Open fit didn't fit super well around my ears and were uncomfortable after about an hour (which is NEVER a problem with the Open Air). They also flew off easily and I feel like I'd lose them on a run. I have a pretty small head/ears so I think it's just a personal fit issue. I'll stick with the Open Air!!

Considering that these are not in-ear buds, and I have had bone conduction headset from shokz before, in my opinion, these are the best I've had. The sound is very clear and I have no issue at all with them falling off or losing adjustment. I read tons of reviews before buying these and finally went out on a limb because I really wanted the earbud system without having something wrap around my head and by inside my ear. They are very comfortable, I don't ever feel them. In fact, I forget I'm wearing them when I have my music paused for a little too long. I think this is a great design and I personally love the sound.

I should be able to control the ear buds on the app when I'm only wearing one. It would be great I'd headphones stopped playing music when I take them off and play music when I out them back on. I do enjoy shokz brand but these recommended changes can make them more useful and improve ease of use. Thank you!

I upgraded to these from the AfterShokz (which I also love and still use). Easy to setup and use. These fit in/on my ears really well and are comfortable all day The music or podcast that I might be listening to is very clear but also allow me to hear my surroundings. My only "complaint" is that I wish they would stay well-charged for more than a day. For heavy daily use, I have to charge at night.
