I've been interested in obtaining a Shokz product for a number of months and after finding a good deal I jumped on it. I not only got the standard bone-conduction headset (the one I ultimately wanted for the awareness aspect) but I also bought into the idea of these ear buds that do not actually go into your ear, so I caved and bought this product. I am absolutely astounded to the quality of sound and the comfort that these boast, not forgetting the reason I wanted them in the first place, awareness. These ear buds are as loud as any other in-ear buds you can buy. They even have a very nice amount of bass considering the concept. They are light enough that you almost forget that they are on your ear. The aspect that I can hear others around me is not only the true selling point but also an amazing quality. I've shown a few friends these headsets and they are all also amazed of the quality of sound, comfort and "open-ear" concept that I think they may moving on from their air pops very soon! I would absolutely recommend these to anyone who wants to experience great sound quality while not needing to remove them to converse with someone or has sensitive ear canals where in-ear buds can cause irritation.

I use mine for walking and biking and yardwork. They work great except for when it is really loud around you. If there are loud construction vehicles then it can be hard to hear because of the open ear experience. But that isn't the norm. I think they're comfortable when using them for all my activities, whether exercising or doing yard work. They also seem to stand up to my sweat so far. I would recommend.

Love love LOVE these. I work in a hospital, so it’s nice to listen to my music or podcasts without having to constantly stop/start all the time. The ONLY bad thing is when you only use 1 headphone, then put it back in the case, sometimes it doesn’t stop playing. So the battery is getting used more than it should.

I’ve been a Shokz user since they first came out and have bought pretty much every version and have turned on many of my cycling friends to them as it’s important to still hear what’s around you while having good sound to play music and answer calls. These new ones fit great on my left ear but hurt a little on my right . Also the volume is a little low even at full. But I do like them more than having a band behind my neck.

I think I was disappointed due to the hyped marketing saying how good these were. They are mediocre at best. It is nice to not have ear buds in my ear canals, but the sound is not as good. I think if I had known this beforehand, I would not have bought them.

In terms of fit the Shokz headphones are the best ones I have tried. They fit my ears well and feel secure during gym workouts. I look forward to trying them on a long run outside. I like to be aware of things around me, so the open ear listening is perfect for me. Plus the open ear listening does not reduce the listening experience.

I wear open ear devices because I have hearing aids and cannot wear ear buds. I have used a Shokz bone conduction headset for years but would often get headaches and the band going around the back of my head was annoying. Shokz Openfit are PERFECT! I primarily use them for Zoom calls and phone conferences. The sound quality is clear and crisp. In addition, I am told my voice is clear to those on the other end. Even after hours of use, I truly don’t even know they are there. I am a Very Happy Customer!

The sound, shape, anatomical fit, microphone quality when answering calls or even recording audio or video on the fly, and ease of use make these headphones the best open-ear wireless experience yet. I have tried over seven different brands of models and prices, and if you have not used these, you have not yet experienced an actual open-ear headset at full power! Congratulations Shokz!

I am self employed and I spend about 5 hours a day on the phone. I have 2 dogs that get super excited when the doorbell says there's a person or a package and they bark super loud at every squirrel they see out the window, which is often. My clients cannot tell that I have dogs with me and they don't know I'm not in an office. Even when both dogs are barking right next to me wanting to go out and chase squirrels. These are absolutely amazing!

I want to love these so much but the left ear piece does not stay in my ear so I am constantly having to readjust it. I contacted Shokz and they said they are looking into different sizes. The right ear fits great so I do not believe it is a size issue. The angle of the left piece doesn't angle into the ear enough. I have to press it into my ear otherwise it is just hovering and barely touching my ear. The sound overall is great and the right ear piece is very comfortable.
