Quality is not good. They disconnect from device while running sometimes not reconnecting for a couple minutes. Several times they give a humming noise. They do not have a volume control when running I am using a garmin watch and find it difficult to change volume. Would not recommend openfit to anyone.

Comfort and sound are GREAT! One downside is the process of starting and stopping whatever you are listening to or answering a call. You almost have to BEAT a double tap on your ear. Could be a better system .. more sensitive or maybe a button? Overall - these have awesome sound, stay put, and very comfortable.

These straight up cause sores in my ears from rubbing against them. I don't know if my ears are simply too small, but super uncomfortable. Sound is fine, battery is fine. I'm just not happy with how they fit and sit on my ears. I also can't comfortably wear them under my motorcycle helmet either, which really sucks. Also I keep hitting the stupid tap option when I'm putting them back in the case and it starts playing my music again, but I don't notice for a while because I don't have my headphones on. Call quality seems fine.

Opted for the Open fit after going to demo the Shokz. I initially wanted to see the difference between the pro and run in sound, but the Open had a much better sound than the others. Richer sound, deeper base. They aren't as easy to hear outside noise due to the location, but I wanted the best sound

I really want to like them because earbuds/earphones always hurt after a while. These felt great initially, but still start hurting the back of my ears after wearing them for a while. I am a finicky person with touch so they probably work better for others

I liked the sound but unfortunately returned these. The comfort around the ears was ok but I thought I'd be ok with the way they sit int he ears but my quirk of having issues with things in my ears overruled. Also having to carry the case as well as the cord was another disadvantage for me.

I have bought 4 sets of shokz before this set and I've bought other sets, this is by far the worst set of ear buds I have ever had. My ears are shaped differently so they don't fit and the sound is horrible. I can get a better set on wish. Seriously talk about a step back in quality.

I have small, weirdly shaped ears and have never been able to run without fixing my ear phones every 20 steps. I heard great things about Shokz and was a bit skeptical but I’m soooo glad I made the purchase to try it out myself. They are amazing, never falls out AND I can hear my surroundings when running. Life changing!

I was excited to purchase these new OpenFit earphones Day one, but unfortunately my hopes for a pleasant experience were soon deflated. They arrived today and although I love the fit, the open air feeling and sound I cannot live with the fact that Shokz made the decision to not include a volume control on the ear pieces. The user is forced to pick up a phone or other device to change volume up or down. This is a game changer for me when out running errands, exercising, etc. I was sad to learn about this short sighted design choice. They are being returned to the store this evening. Maybe this shortfall will be addressed in a future model in which case I will consider buying again then. Good try, but not good enough for now.

I’ll admit until I went to buy a pair of the OpenRun Pro, I didn’t even know Shokz made these type of headphones! I have never seen them advertised anywhere. As I was trying on the 2 versions of the Open Run I glanced over and saw these and became curious. And once I tried them on and heard the sound I was instantly convinced I needed these. The 1st surprise was these are EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE! To the point of I forget I am wearing them. It feels like the music is coming from speakers rather than a pair of headphones attached to your ears. The 2nd surprise is they are great for cycling. I was worried at first because when I bought these I totally forgot why I wanted the others. For fit and allowing me to hear surrounding noises. I thought, because the surface area is a little “boxy” and the fit is so comfortable, I thought they would move a lot or worse, fly off. It was an unwarranted thought. Even at 35mph these do not move and they allow me to hear both the music and the surrounding noises just fine. The 3rd surprise is that the sound is not distorted with speed(as the wind passes over the headphones) And the 4th which is actually the coolest part(literally and figuratively), idk if it’s just the way they sit on my ears but some of the airflow is directed towards my inner ear which gave a really nice cooling sensation as I was riding! I highly recommend these headphones!
