Outstanding for biking

These headphones are amazing. They are the most comfortable earbud-style headphones I have ever worn, and they sound great too. I use them mostly when biking to work so I can listen to podcasts and still hear traffic and other ambient noise, and for that purpose they are, hands down, the best option available and it's not even close. Better than bone-conducting, better than earbuds with transparency mode, better than anything else I've ever used. I've use them while walking, running, and even a 3-hour road trip (my car is old and doesn't have bluetooth, hence the need for headphones) and they are just amazing. Don't get them if sound quality is your #1 priority, but do get them if you want amazing, lightweight headphones that let you hear your music and podcasts while not shutting out the world around you.

works great

only issue is the difficulty in touching a small area to answer calls etc and have to have no gloves on basically. but other than that and a lack of deep base its my favorite purchase in a long long while. ive bought five to give as gifts to my friends and daughters

Not worth the money. Go Sony instead.

He unreliability that coke with these are immense. They haven’t nailed down the charging capability yet, so you can charge for days , put them in and then they die, or they last an hour or two. Maybe it’s just mine? And they’ll stay connected even when you put them back in the case — so turn Bluetooth entirely off or unpair when you’re done using them. It’s insane. Either way, I feel like I got a cheaply made pair of earphones, but the Sony ones instead.

Great when they work, horrible when they don’t.

The good: they sound good and are comfortable and perfect for working out and running. Unfortunately the design of the case is terrible. already had to replace the charging case once under warranty bc it stopped working. The headphones will still connect to Bluetooth while in case randomly. The case and head phones lose a ton of charge when you are not using them randomly. Many times where I go to use and one ear piece is charged and the other one completely dead.

Not what I hoped for from Shokz

I have had a number of Shokz bone conducting headphones in the past and loved everything about them except for the headband. I decided to give these a try even though I was skeptical about them not being bone conducting, and I am very disappointed. The sound is not great, they are not very comfortable, they kind of flop around on my ears, there is sound leakage so other people can hear what I’m listening to, they are even more visible to others (and ugly) than my Openrun Pros (the looks and headband are my least favorite part of Shokz products) because they stick out from the ears quite a bit. The touch pads instead of physical buttons are also not great. If these were just a set of Openrun Pros without the headband in back they would be just what I was hoping for, but these just don’t deliver.

Great first non-bone conduction product

I am torn on this rating; the fit is excellent, and the sound is exceptionally good. The downside is there is no volume or mute capability. 2-point connection would be good too for work. If they have the volume and/or mute I would give them a 3, with volume, mute and 2-point they would be a solid 4+ I do use them at work because they are light, I forget I even have them on.

Good, but could be great

I really like the sound quality and fit. I love not having anything inside my ears. The battery life so far has been great as well. I DO NOT like not having a volume control capability on the ear buds. A better design would be different functions on the left versus the right, instead of the same capability on both. The function of the buttons are not consistent either.

Perfect for people with cauliflower ear! Buy them. You will love them.

I purchased these for my husband. He cannot wear any traditional earbuds or headphones; he was a wrestler and developed cauliflower ear, which permanently distorted and hardened his ears and fronts of his ear canals. It also means he can’t pick up sounds from behind the way most of us can. These ear buds are so light and comfortable he forgets they are resting on his ear, and he can still detect ambient noise in his surroundings, which is important. These earbuds are worth every cent!

Fit is wonky

I bought these at my local running store. I really wanted to love these buy I'm afraid they will fall off. One ear fits really well and the other sounds far away. I think they will work best for winter under my hats or fleece headbands. They should feel more secure then.

Good but miss bone conducting and volume adjustment

These are very comfortable and have great sound however they are not the bone conducting tech that made me fall in love with the brand and I miss volume adjustment and multi-pairing. For the price you would think you could adjust the volume without reaching for your phone. These are going back.
