Very disappointed !!!

Comfort while wearing is better than opencomm, tap areas to control calls I found either don't work half of the time, or very difficult and your calls you can hardly hear , tried everything to make them work, finally gave up and had my wife drive to meet me to get my old set back, very disappointing.

Not great for smaller ears

I have such small ears and I have never found earbuds that I just love. I had high hopes for the new Open Fit but they are still just a touch too big. They aren’t secure enough and don’t work well when I’m wearing sunglasses. I’m constantly messing with them on a run to get them to stay out.

A step in the right direction

The sound quality is good though I prefer bone conduction. The new form factor is a step in the right direction as the stiff band on the other models becomes a nuisance when laying one’s head back and acts as additional weight, though because of how flexible and lightweight the ‘Fit’ is they don’t feel secure, even less so with glasses on; my glasses also require frequent adjusting when using these. Battery life is okay though it’s less than the Open Run Pro, which I am able to use through an entire 8 hour shift plus 2 or so hours after the fact. I’m personally not a fan of “true wireless” ear buds as I don’t like the idea that I need to carry around a bulky charging case. Ideally you could take this concept make it bone conduction and make it as rigid as Powerbeats and increase the battery life.

Part 2..Call Quality can not be matched by any other brand

I recently got my hands on the Shokz Open Fit headphones, and I am absolutely blown away by their performance. These headphones offer an unparalleled level of noise isolation that allows me to carry on conversations with impeccable clarity, even in the midst of various loud activities. From vacuuming to flushing toilets, opening loud doors, and even accidentally banging things, these headphones truly live up to their promise of blocking out background noises. I was amazed to find that I can go about my household chores without worrying about the person on the other end of the call hearing anything other than my voice. I mean, I can even vacuum while maintaining a seamless conversation – it's almost unbelievable! The call quality itself is exceptional. The microphone seems to be designed with precision, capturing my voice without picking up the surrounding noise. The sound is crisp, and the person on the other end hears me loud and clear, without any interference or disturbances from the activities happening around me

There more speakers than bone

There more speakers than bone conductive. I have used this brand since they started selling due to hearing loss these are not for this stick with the wrap around if you need the bone conductivity. Other than that they are comfortable and do not fall off during strenuous exercise

unimaginable !

I never would have imagined they would be so comfortable. The other day I got into my car and drove half way down the block when i heard them disconnect from my television. I had forgotten I was wearing them. And there's a couple of times a day when I reach for my Bowers and Wilkins headphones and remember I'm already wearing my Shokz.

OpenFit review

After much time and review opted to purchase OpenFit by Shokz. Not disappointed a bit. Good sound quality with adequate bass. Allows for awareness of ambient noise during athletic activities. Fit well on my small ears. Prefer over OpenRun versions since not strap behind the neck. Fit is secure.

Great sound.. No ear pain .

I really like these. Shipping was fast and rhe sound is everything I was hoping for. I can listen to my audio books or whatever on KY phone and still pay attention if I am needed in my work environment office work. Plus my ears don't take the stress they use to. ZERO PAIN IN THE EAR. I even wear them to bed. My only issue is I wish there was someway they fit a little tighter around the lobe of ear. Maybe make a sleeve to help with a more secure fit for different size ears.

Sound, 10; Design, 6

I've been in love with Aftershokz since you launched those first bone-conduction headphones, which were such a game-changer. I wear my latest pair of the classic style nearly all-day, every day as I go about my life. So I genuinely *wanted* and expected to love these. In many ways I *do* -- but there are some significant design issues that prevent me from giving this a 5-star review and make them just "decent" vs. "all I hoped for. " My chief complaint is the touch/tap function to pair, pause, and answer calls. Perhaps I dislike it so much because I'm so used to that wonderful little push button on my classic Aftershokz. With these, it often takes me multiple attempts to hit *precisely* the right spot on the device that will activate the pause/answer function. It's an unnecessary pain in the butt, and it seems like an overcomplicated step backwards. I'm also not enjoying the open-ear system nearly as much as I do the bone conduction. I wish it were possible to combine bone-conduction with the individual, over-ear construction -- which is one of the best features of these headphones--but I understand why that doesn't work from a science/technology standpoint . Still, not having to tuck that rigid connector under my headwrap is *such* an improvement to my quality of life! These are SO lightweight and comfortable that I forget I'm wearing them. Likewise, they stay secure on my ears, even when I'm wearing my glasses -- which was a concern I had when I was deciding to purchase or not. Despite the design & functionaluty issues, the sound quality is AMAZING as usual and is definitely up to the high quality and standards I've come to expect from the brand. So, overall, I *like* my OpenFit headphones, but I think some design tweaks are necessary to improve their functionality.

They’re just okay.

The look and style are fine and the sound is okay. I do like the Shokz that’s sound conducive (wire around the neck) t I don’t like the wire. I still can’t connect both my IPad and IPhone at the same time. They are much harder to to connect than my other ones. I’ll keep them but don’t really like them.
