Delicious!

These are delicious! We've lived in Albuquerque for 20 years, and these have been our favorite for years! When we visit relatives in other states, they always want us to bring these. The description is wrong--there are no tomatoes in this. (Maybe it's talking about the salsa?) And I'd say they're closer to mild than medium. I put them in sourdough bread with cheddar cheese, and it's great!
