Turbotax is generally helpful but sometimes extremely frustrating. Sometimes I had to resort to Google to get suggestions on how to fix problems.

Very difficult to navigate through. I have used Turbo Tax for years, and this is the worst experience I've had.

Can't print copy of return. Issues with Helvetica font. This product is such a ripoff. It should work, and it never does.

Turbo Tax Business makes my end of year easy. 3-5 days (and that is due to my bookkeeping) and I am done!

Have used TurboTax/Intuit for years. It is easily navigated an if I have questions, help is just a phone call away.

Overall it does an ok job but it would be much better if it had more walkthrough for trusts. Use AI to answer common questions.

Didn't like that it was only compatible with Window 11, so, I had to buy a new computer. Also, that It was not available on CD this year.
