I am disappointed with the problems related to the Form 4562. This is an issue that should have been resolved prior to rolling out the 2025 software.

Signing up for business was awful but your customer service lady who spent a long time w me fixed me up. She was fantastic.

On my third filing due to errors. Printed docs do not show the signature uploaded. Much confusing stuff that was not needed.

I was not able to use my personal computer to download this product as I have a MAC. This was inconvenient.

Indiana State return should be available. Ability to upload 1099 statement for details should be an option.

Some of the California Tax still not ready to print or Download. I just submitted but I cant download my full tax return.

Once again, the program is one of the best I have used. This year no issues with some of the subcategories.
