I did need to talk to a live expert and she was very good. The screen sharing software was essential. I could have saved her time by installing the screen sharing software while I was waiting for a human for 35 minutes.

1. needs to be online 2. needs to be functionally connected to cloud directories as seen on my pc. specifically google drive. 3. needs to quit pushing value added extra cost ads.

Was unable to efile. It claimed to have errors in the designation of partnership representative that I could not get clear, so I had to print and mail it.

I gave one rating because I have this company for a few years and every year the software forces me to purchase a state download and Florida does not require it to be filED!

Support is great. Feature could improve. Unlike the personal Turbo Tax software, the feature to be able to download tax forms received from investment firms using the account number and the document number is not available. That is a real bummer!!!

Generally easy to use and understand. I wish it had help on every page to explain each specific page. There were a few things I needed to look up so I could understand what I'm supposed to do.

All input and filing done with general turbo tax review. Long process to get a return with little information from yer to year using this program. Should take no more than one hour to efile print and prepare. Always TOO LONG.

Product is helpful but got hung up on the Wisconsin section as the program kept telling me to enter a foreign country and province even though I am in the USA.
